- NEON now uses VRX/Velocity Retargeting. Blocks will be much more reliable and chain will not get stuck anymore
- Masternode Percentage changed to 90% of block reward (removed gradual increase and moved it up to an earlier block)

Nothing personal towards these guys, but obviously everyone please use caution when using third-party software (specifically since we made sure nobody would need to run any for any NEON functionality).
