I guess in the beginning it was not meant as a scam coin.
But I think the dev found out his bscrypt algo wasn't so good after all.
(or maybe they needed people who really could program, which they never succeeded to find)
From the beginning there was no development at all.
Another one is now trying the same with m7m, cpu mining XMG.
For now, it's look pretty good, many nice developments.

can it be improved to like this:somebody send a message to the delegate wallet,and the delegate broadcast the message to all the exist addresses?
I've thought about something like that. I don't think it would be a good
idea to broadcast indiscriminately to everyone. Perhaps merchants could
place ads to special "channels" that are then maintained by delegates
for an extra fee. Something like that, a careful balance of incentives
so that the system would stay decentralized and relatively free of spam.
I personally hate spam.

IMO Improving existing coins is better than coming up with new ones

I am following the thread closely, discussing investments with my partners. I will not invest into the project further myself, I have a family to care for and would rather put that money to other use, which is reasonable given the fact that I have already gave thousands of dollars and plenty of my free time which comes at a high price these days.
Unless at least 4 BTC is raised via donations (highly unlikely) or one of the partners changes his mind this will be a long ride.

The point is that you have no confidence on it by yourself.
Or you just need to keep developing, and then the raised NUD price would give you profit much more than even hundreds times bigger than 4BTC with the post mined coins.
