How can affect the price News in November, when they will be? Personally, I do not really think and hope the price increase in the near future. It may increase the price but do not think that this will be a strong growth at this time.

Mco price still have potential increase and strong growth if this project already approved by visa. So monaco card realy useful and more people will using monaco card. But as long as there is no anouncement about visa maybe mco price will stagnan

when is presentation?
presentation of what?Mco card?we all are still waiting.Hopefully in November

I hope they will not delayed again and as soon as possible they can announced big news about mco card with clearly, so investors will not disappointed. I hope team will do better than before

Delays are normal, but I think some people just felt it was a case of 'over promise under deliver' - much better to aim for the other way round!

Anyway, I don't think anyone should be too phased. Just wait for the announcement and make a decision from there. A few more days or even a week really isn't going to make a difference. Definitely better to take a longer term view and see what is announced before throwing money at it or selling if it isn't what you expected.

I was making comparison of these cards providers projects to understand the changes happened in their values and support since for last few weeks. I came to know Monaco is still performing very well with having more support by investors and people those are real long on it.

Monaco has a long-term perspective, so do not worry early. The main thing is that the developers are working on the product.

yes you are true sir .. monaco also had experienced to price and get low  but not lapse some long its price rose drastically even I can get 10 million rupiah in my country or equivalent to $ 800 you really right  sir we do not need to panic profit loss coin sale is just a matter of time
what you said give me confidence for the monaco. it really need long time to development.the team is active on their project.

I believe it when I see it.
Nothing useful said until official release. Yes, it sounds promising, but I am surprised why any other companies (their partners) are keeping silence? Isn't it better for them all to start some buzz and ENTIRE MARKET will be in their hands. I don't understand it. And not spending any cents until real news, official and NOT only on MCO releases.
If I wanted to make tonns of money, I would play with people that game until the moment when they get ready to buy not even thinking about checking news and etc. He can buy by himself more MCO and make ultra epic news and everyone will jump into that. Then cash it and.... Ah, again project didn't work.... but at least one more $100m project  (in profit for himself) successfully paid off everything. I think what I say does make sense. Not trying to fud, I am not holding and never been holding any MCO, but ready to go all in after real news. Sorry if someone's feelings were hurt, I am just newbee.

If VISA is really approved. I am sure it will up 50x from now. Can't wait. But, is the news really next week?  Huh

Not sure, VISA could still block this deal I guess. A lot of legal work.

Why does anyone actually care what happens with visa?

Visa is not a card issuer only a processor. They can not and have never had anything to do with cards issuing, only processing.

To issue cards without a partner one requires a banking licence which is nothing to do with visa- rather the fca or local equivalent

I could think of a scenario where VISA would block a card issuer that doesn't work by the rules.

Yes, I have worked with several Visa banks in my career, and they have a very formal Regulations process (with penalties for violation etc). For On-Boarding they would definitely need all local financial rules satisfied (whether MCO goes through 3rd party, or gets its own banking license).

Something else to consider: some of the big Visa/MC Issuers may try and put pressure to ensure things are 'not too easy' for MCO...if you listen to Kris on podcasts etc, he wants to be the premier Card Product especially for people who travel a lot. This will cut into some of the $$$ of the competition (who make a something like 2.5% from their customers on every foreign currency transaction)

How long? few years? They promised cards and wallet in August.. than in October... and now?
I think we should wait for the news on this project because indeed the MCO has a lot of potential to grow and I'm hoping someday they will apply the MCO in my daily life and I will not dependent on banks

Can somebody explain exactly what is released at the 1 of november?.
Something about visa, but what exactly?

Nobody knows the exact date Monaco will issue a press release.  The hope is they would announce they have been accepted as a VISA Program Manager.   This would mean they can issue their own cards with their own BIN (Bank Identification Number).  This is far superior to what TenX has done, which is to release debit cards using a third-party BIN and terms controlled by somebody else.

Kris Marszalek: We’ve discussed this with our PR team and the announcement will go out 3pm HKT, which is early morning EU time. As explained earlier, once we have everything in place, we are going to release the news without attempting to “time the market”.
