Just recently downloaded the Apps and submitted KYC procedures and boy the queue is very long for the debit card. I was 18k behind and I wonder how long will it take to process my order.
They will not process anything.
They are getting ready to provide cards, pending the outcome or approval of this visa thing. I doubt they can actually provide any cards until this is resolved.
Think of it more as a placeholder for where you are in the queue, once they've got all the visa approvals they need (assuming that happens).
I agree with you, because without visa approval this card seem can't working so it can't be used. You also can't withdrawal your money from ATM, so i hope devs can solve this problem soon or investor will leave this project
