Unfortunately there is none of these both things anymore. There was some reward for promoting but that has gone long ago. You can still get some by buying from exchanges now as price are also lower comparison of last weeks. Try you may have luck and make good enough profit.

Monaco is related to Ethereum more, Ethereum stay in $300 so Monaco don't get affected much. I wouldn't buy now either.

I think you can find something on TenX website, that compares it all.
Personnaly I understand that ppl are waiting and think its a scam but if others get the approval why not monaco
