Wow people are really excited, and I can feel this is going to be huge.
I can already see NXT= 0.01BTC, it will be amazing, we can reach nr. 2 crypto spot if we work hard on it. It is an amazing idea, and I hope we can get many wealthy investors, angel investors, that see the huge opportunity in NXT, and will pump the price up to the sky!

Thanks, guys and girls, it's been a really exciting (and humbling) few days for us.....the vote of confidence that the Nxt community has given Tennessee is truly amazing.
So, onwards and upwards.....
But let's not forget, there is still a lot of hard work to do.....in addition to marketing, Tennessee will also help to develop a range of client software for Nxt core (apps, lite clients, webwallets, possibly a customisable NRS client) and will give Nxt-based projects an incubator system to help keep them on-track and delivering.
Lots of good stuff coming up, in any case.

I've just issued the MS currency we will be using as a crowdfunding tool to raise the 10 million NXT needed to run Tennessee for the next year.
Here's a screenshot from the 1.5.15 client showing the TNSSE currency, as issued by account NXT-P439-YVBD-VUEQ-A3S2T
Here are the complete details for the TNSSE currency, check carefully before you commit any funds :
If you wish to make a donation to Tennessee by purchasing some TNSSE, simply click on the 'reserve' button (as circled above) to get to:
Then fill in the amount of NXT you wish to donate. In this example, I've used 45,000 NXT as the donation amount.
Fill in your passphrase, and hit send......the NXT amount will be deducted from your account and held until the activation block, which is block 554,000.
This will be sometime Monday 26 October 2015, in theory round 22:00
If the target 10 million NXT is reached, all funds will be transferred to the Tennessee account.
If it is not reached, all funds will return to the original accounts.

Of course for short time Haha that will not happen, because of the arbitrage as exchanges are connected.
If somebody would dump it to 1 satoshi, the traders would sell their mother to hoard it up at that price
It would stay at that price for 1 microsecond maybe.
