Why the mynxt.org wallet can't broadcast the transaction?
What do you mean exactly? You have transaction bytes and you want to manually broadcast the transaction?
Hey I extracted v1.4.7.1 and just copied over nxt_db into the folder, but when I try to start the server I get this error
bunch of lines and then the server stops. Any hint?

Looks like your database got corrupted somehow, maybe when closing Nxt the last time.
For a shortcut instead of re-downloading the blockchain, visit the Nxt Peer Explorer, scroll down and click "Download Nxt Blockchain" in the bottom right. It will get you a zipped copy of the Nxt blockchain updated in the last day. If you start with this downloaded nxt_db, you will be caught up and running in a few minutes.
