Looks like NXT recovered nicely from the BTER debacle. Definitely a good sign for its longevity!

Yeah, problem is, there is no good well tested exchange with liquidity to buy it from now.

What was the conclusion of the hacked NXT funds?

BTER and the Hacker went back and forth in small amounts (with hacker sending first). BTER sent over 330btc and hacker sent over 42M BTC. Hacker left before the last 8M NXT was transferred back, and BTER is trying to contact him about that. So 42M of the 50M is back in BTER's hands. No where near as bad as the 45M that was gone.

8M Nxt is still a lot of money. Really hope BTER can get them all back

Otherwise many customers may get hurt

After all, it is public money and not belongs to BTER

The 8M NXT are probably BTERs stash. They got 8 months of 0.5% cashout fees and 0.2% trading fees

And of course, less dumping because no mining revenue

It sort of cancels out the effect of the negative sentiment coming from our IPO style launch.

Volume appears low because coinmarketcap doesn't count in the Multigateway. (Go read about it if you haven't yet Smiley ) And methinks bots trade Nxt less than traditional PoW currencies.

EDIT: And of course, less dumping because no mining revenue. (Forging revenue still rather small)

Change log:

Preserve unconfirmed transactions during rescan instead of relying on being
able to get them again from peers.

Keep retrying the block generation in the case it fails due to an invalid
transaction. Prevent block generation failures due to minimum transaction size
changes.

Ignore peer weights in choosing a random peer when hallmark protection is
disabled (it is enabled by default). When hallmark protection is enabled, the
nxt.maxNumberOfConnectedPublicPeers count is now based on hallmarked peers only,
i.e. the node will keep trying to connect to more peers until it is connected
to at least that many hallmarked peers.

Added peer networking addPeers request. After sending a getPeers request and
processing the response, the peer will also send to the other peer all peer
addresses it is connected to which are not present in the other peer's peers
set, to improve the propagation of peer addresses through the network.

Minor bugfixes.
