17094328850816579008 has 100nxt ends on 1.
9419809254501029371 has 100nxt ends on 2.
17377278473045672939 has 100nxt ends on 3.
4963410668293167247 has 100nxt ends on 4.
2289697742292350176 has 100nxt ends on 5.

These are accounts I had access to.
The only reason I can remember these accounts was because the pass made sense.
Other passes were deleted when I deleted the vps.

I assume these were used to host public nodes.
I advise the owner to change these addresses to something more safe.

If I would steal 92nxt why wouldn't I steal 500?
I hope someone can verify that these are his addresses.

Glad to be of some help  Grin

Is there an easy sanity check to tell if your client is forging or not? I've had coins for about a week and no forging:

EpicThomas, or whoever holds the keys to these bandit accounts, I urge you to reverse these transactions and return ***ALL*** NXT to its rightful owners.

And don't forget to pay interest for holding the coins...

People googled "nxtcoin", saw insane profits published by yuri and decided jump on the train. Grin

(P.S. I'm surprised that the price didn't continue to fall further :/ I guess people are curious about the source code release. From there it'll either go WAY up, or WAY down... getting more popcorn, and butter).

Could you please post a current picture of that sellers/buyers consensus like you did before? Or was it you who did that? I had an idea it was you.

AN OPEN MESSAGE TO EPIC THOMAS:

So where we're at:

EpicThomas, or whoever holds the keys to these bandit accounts, I urge you to reverse these transactions and return ***ALL*** NXT to its rightful owners, INCLUDING LOSSES UNDISCOVERED SO FAR.

You cannot convert this to BTC or cash because these accounts are being monitored at Dgex.

I promise to drop my efforts to determine your real world identities if you return the NXT.

I also promise to turn over to your local police department every scrap of identity information I turn up if you do not return the NXT you have taken.

The clock is ticking.  The choice is yours.

Transparent Mining is definitely WORKING!  Smiley  I managed to generate a block with a WHOLE 1 NXT!!!  Grin

For all those following the discussion on having the browser closed while forging, I am happy to CONFIRM that the forging process continues when the browser is closed.  Just make sure the account is unlocked when you close the browser.

Hmm. I closed the browser, and I still haven't mined anything, and it's been almost a week... Is this normal?

EDIT: I haven't updated the NXT client.

I run 9 VPSs, why is it that lots of times, many of them see others as red flags?

What are your values for maxNumberOfConnectedPublicPeers and maxRequestsPerSec in web.xml?

100, 3000

did you set the VPS IP in "myAddress" at web.xml?

yes, set to each node's DNS name.  I verified that reverse DNS works properly.  The hallmarks were generated with the DNS name, not IP address, and hallmarks checked as valid in the admin page tool

If someone is still interested, i try to collect all versions of nxt client distribs in my sig. Of course, you may not believe me, but i run most of them with >1M account unlocked and my NXT are still mine. As far as i remember I downloaded all of them from "official" devs announcements.
So feel free to check sha256 or other CRC summs Smiley

I guess red flags just means nodes disconnect from yours, they connect and disconnect all the time.
