Only two of my (~30) aliases appear with http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=4000&acc= 18146608053740744717

when did you made the assigment?

On some of my accounts I don't see everything I've registered. Is it because it was recently? Does it take a couple of days for this blockchain site to list it?

If I search the link with the particular alias i've registered I see that it's assigned to the URI i've chosen, but i don't see the aliases on that account Aliases in NXT BlockChain site.

People, how can I change my password account in the NXT wallet? I can't see any options...
You cannot. You can register new account with strong password and transfer all credits from old

Need help!

Sorry if my problem is written already, but with my poor English it's  not possible to read this whole thread - this would need month meanwhile...

I downloaded and installed nxt.zip version 0.3.13. I created the bat-file and created in my browser my account. I see working "active peers" and in the blocks field is written "Recent blocks (60)" -  nothing else...
I thought nothing happened because I don't have any NXT in my account and bought some at dgex.com. Now I see in the blockchain that the NXT are sent to my account, but nothing changed... I don't see them in my account and no more blocks appairs...
What I am doing wrong? I have to say that I have a very low internet connection.. Can this be my problem?

Thanks for any help!

blockexplorer update

during blockchain reorganisation i have added alias to the account view, so you can check your current alias portfolio.

here is a nice example (1.721 registered aliases) -> http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=4000&acc=2345678935869777788

if an uri is provided (most haven't now), the alias links to that page.
adding a fast q-gram searchengine + some basic statistics for all aliases tomorrow.
(total registered so far: 22.194  )

WOW very nice work nexern. Thank you. Also in my account here I have some aliases listed twice

http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=4000&acc=3431598781176090443  any reason why ?

right, i can see it. don't know atm, perhaps a reassignment?
i have to ask cfb tomorrow anyway about the structure like
case sensitive, reassignment, transaction id etc. i have seen
also double naming for the aliases i have registered due to
a reassignment but now it's ok. will check this tomorrow right
after the first coffee.

ps: i am interested in one of your aliases, shall we wait until auction
is ready or do you plan to keep them all?  Wink

can I get some linux help here?  Im looking at adding more VPSs, I have 5 on digitalocean now, im trying out budgetvm next to spread things around a bit.  Only OSs they have are:

Debian 6
CentOS 6.2
Fedora Core 16
Gentoo 2013
Scientific Linux 6.2
Slackware 13.37
Ubuntu 12.04

none of these support jre1.7 w/o complicated steps.  Which of these is easisest to upgrade to latest ver after a base install?

Im using centOS 6.5 and its support openJDK-jre 1.7, maybe u should considering running yum update after install it, its very easy u know. afaik, centos will download latest version (6.5) from 6.2.

yum install java-1.7.0-openjdk

I already announced the assignement of our bounty prizes to 3 winners (+100K to wesleyh for his Mac client, and 200K for Anon136 for his initialization of Nxt algo). The video bounty winner produced by lyynx is an awesome short introduction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IsKPyq_zL5g

And I already assigned 60K for the rasspery pi public nodes idea, previously posed here.
Also 10K for the guy who helped to remove several buggs, if it be confirmed first, I am not fully informed about the truth. For details please refer to our bounty thread.

And here I place 90K for 30 public nodes to be placed in different geographical places, 3 months period!!!
(and hope these public nodes allow me to access them as well, most of them deny and inform "Matrix has you..." that means shit!

To my best knowledge, I'm the first to propose and post Nxt on Pi at both bitcointalk and nextcoin.org. And I also had an experiment on that though it's a little slow. The good news today I know is so great progress on it by so many great guys during the last 24 hours.

Raspberry PI Forging.

I'm syncing the blockchain on Raspberry PI. It's so slow.

Anyone who runs Nxt on PI?

@nxtbase, it seems nxtbase has some problem to run on PI, but I'm not sure whether it is caused by ruby or something.  BTW, it seems bin/unlock doesn't support bracket as passphrase.

and also at nextcoin.org   https://nextcoin.org/index.php/topic,664.msg6909.html#msg6909

Will the blocks.nxt and transactions.nxt files always get bigger and bigger?
Yes, but after annual shrinking they'll become much smaller.
With current limit 32 KiB per block it's 16 GiB per year.

I'm constantly seeing that nxt is the currency without the bloated blockchain problem. But how can it be if the blocks.nxt and transactions.nxt files are (and will be) constantly getting bigger and bigger at the rate of 16 GiB per year?

Does the DDoS cause the nodes to max out their bandwidth on transmit or receive?

Does anyone know?  Is it both?

I observed this. I use some 0.4.5 version from yesterday I think.

Friends,

Scanning blockchain...
10: Java.Lang.NullPointerException

What should i do to fix this?

I am using the latest version 0.4.7e.

Btw, please check your PM.

Fixed this by deleting transactions and blocks txt files and restaring.
