I use BYTEBALL to transfer BTC when it was the price as 18000$. It just works.

Frankly, cannot get it. How did you manage that? I thought Byteball net allows to transfer Gbytes only.

I think he just means he converted btc to gbyte to transfer between exchanges and then convert back to btc

Where is the 1 year old party?

Just a few hours left, anyone else still here from last year, say hi!

From genesis to textcoin and cashback, what a story.

I guess I could just post at the top of each of my posts.
I don't know how it could be considered spam since I give them away with each of my legit posts.

OH, you mean a post just to do give away bytes.  Yeah, I think it would be spammy and I would rather keep my posts with content.
So, I will move my giveaways at the top of my posts, because some people thought I was trying to give that specific person the bytes.  heh.
Actually, what I meant is other normal posts with normal content, like this one for example. Adding a link to Byteball there would be offtopic for sure, but it's much better promotion than inside this thread.
I just claimed your 1MBYTE (I can't resist it!), but this doesn't help promoting Byteball at all, because everybody in this thread uses it already. Or maybe it does help promote Byteball, as you have to open your wallet to receive it. Either way, giving it back with this post Cheesy

That is correct.  You were too slow.
I created it at 10:32 PST
I posted it at 10:35 PST
It was confirmed at 10:42 PST
It was claimed at 24.12.2017 10:45:38

So, making another one and posting immediately (at the top of this post).  So, if you try to claim, it will show unconfirmed.  Keep trying until you get it or someone else does.

Thx a bunch!

Isn't it more effective to post this under your posts outside the Byteball thread? Here everybody knows it already!
I'm not sure if it would be considered spam though.

On a side note: would it technically be possible to send Blackbytes in the same way? I know it's a bit complicated, the 12 words would need some Bytes for the fee too, but it would be a great way to use very anonymous Blackbytes if they can be sent by text-message!

I don't see how a person would be giving away blackbytes since they are private.
I guess I could do a bot in which you would need to pair first and then a code to get the blackbytes.  That's beyond my skills.  I will stick to wallet recovery.  Tongue

What?! How can you restore wallet addresses without both the database and the private key (aka the wallet seed). This would be a security issue.

Recovered.   eMailed a complete wallet back to him.

Yup, I got all my byteballs back. There was no blackbytes on my wallet, so I received all I had.
Thank you, Michail1.

You're welcome.  Glad it worked out for you.  It was a nice wallet to have.

PS.  Make backups!   Smiley

Since scalability is a big issue at Bitcoin and other high frequent used coins, I wonder how well Byteball's scalability is? So far, there has not been a situation in the Byteball network that really came under stress. Are there any examinations and stress tests by Byteball? What is the theoretical scalability position of Byteball's creator(s)?

I think the scalability has been discussed in the white paper.

byteball should be 50% of iota ?
Why not, the technology is online.  Wink

500% of iota he meant to post. Well done I agree.

But byteball fans all hide in here telling each other how great it is whilst iota fans are all over the main alt board where the noobs arrive to find the cheap iota and expensive bb Sad
May be community should take over spreading the word about Byteball and try get it in more exchanges, but that will need money some exchanges will ask to be paid to list the coin,Ebtc Community paid 2.5Btc to be listed in coinexchange they managed to get 2.5Btc within few days using donations from the community may be we can do the same here make a Multisig wallet controlled by some reputable members like Michail1 for donation here and move from there. i guess it worth paying some money to get Byteball in some more reputable exchanges.

Trust me... the word doesn't need to be spread.  When we 10x (which is coming in the next month), everyone will be talking about byteball.
I like your advice, but why all of this in the next month?  You seem bullish so this is getting my interest.

It has to do with the way the chart looks.... we are starting a bull trend.  With the current influx of new money into crypto, I expect the rise of byteball is imminent and will be rapid.

Since the Witnesses make Byteball a bit centralized (although there's several of them), wouldn't it be possible for Tony to create multiple Witnesses and distribute them among hundreds, if not thousands, of users?  Huh
This way if anything were to happen to him, the system wouldn't go down as well.
It is the main issue with this otherwise great technology.

It's not possible since additionnal information are needed to transfer Blackbytes, these are usually transmitted privately between 2 paired devices.
If the Blackbytes are sent to a middleman, the 12 words can be used to access it again, and the middleman can sent them again.
