Can you post instructions on how to enable this bot?  It's not in my list of bots.

Even when I goto the bot store it's not an available selection.  How do I track it down?

It is a original idea for this coin. But realization is not so good. Where a new bots? Nothing new happend with ByteBall for a few time. If nothing happend it will continue falling down. There are many new alts.

Did you even tried at least one bot ?
did you sold or bought gbyte through bot exchange there? i bet u didnt even bother to check anything before posting.

more and more new accounts coming and crying how byteball is not developed..

You more than welcome to start own coin or project.

Guys I understand the frustration but with bitcoin soaring above $3800 its only  natural people are going to continue dumping  to get btc back until there is  a natural correction.  The tech of byteball hasnt changed, the distribution is slowed down  to prevent massive dumps in the future, and the infrastructure is  being  built  out  with merchant  program.    I  understand the panic  and FUD  and  dumping but if you can hang in there long  enough to see the tonych vision  you will be  massively rewarded.   This  is  the most unique and innovative  projects in crypto and 2018 is looking really bright.  I know  I sound  stupid  since the price is crashing  but you gotta think longterm byteball is  still a baby give it  time to  walk first. Cool Cool

Can anyone confirm how Windows backups and restore works? Just copy the %LOCALAPPDATA%\byteball -folder to the new computer at the same location, install Byteball wallet, and I should see my balances?

Btw, new website is very cool!

Does any one know if it's possible to link to a new bitcoin address at this point?

I moved the bitcoins out of my linked wallet to access the BCC. Since that exposed the seed to Electron Cash, i don't want to move the BTC back.

When I enter my byteball address to the transition bot, to try and link a BTC account it just replies "Sorry, you are late. See you in the next round." and pretty much anything else gets the "your current bitcoin link is blah blah blah, current balance etc."

Any Thoughts?

Just wait for a few more days. The bot usually blocks linking, immediately after the snapshot is taken for the airdrop. Then the bytes and blackbytes are distributed, and the linking of bitcoin addresses is opened again.

Getting the same error.
Was wondering if it is just a matter of time? Looks like the bot is referring to the previous airdrop and not the forthcoming one in Sept.

Sorry, you are late. See you in the next round. is the message I get too.

I do wish there was a decentralized witness propagation system though.  Gbyte is fast track on development, is truly unique in implementation and spot on for fostering market utility, however, decentralization is the name of the game in crypto.  I stake a few coins and would have no problem running a full node but if it doesn't add utility to the DAG it's pointless.

So Tony control the network. That was what i tought. I've deleted the folder. I dont support this. Maybe i come back if this is fixed... but i dont think that this is going to be fixed by Tony because he earn the fees. Just one more scam coin? sad, the concept sounds very nice.

bla bla bla , bla bla bla ...i dont support this.

You free to support iota. They got great community and unlimited amounts of coins.

Besides you must be buthurt for not getting free money like others who throwing toys out of the playground because is not like they want..

Good luck, and watch the door........

Why so rude dude?
I don't want to say that no one should support byteball. I just say I don't support it how it works now. The concept of byteball is a masterpiece, imho. But I don't have any reason to trust someone I don't know.
And to be honest, why not give away a digital currency, that doesn't cost you anything, as far as you got a few bucks back with every transaction?
And don't tell me that this is a early stage and its going to be more decentralized in future. It runs for nearly one year and it is still centralised.
But maybe you have more to say than "bla bla bla, watch the door"
This is not the way someone with true arguments should speak.
And by the way, I don't support iota... I believe that iota is a thing for big companies.

rude? what do you expect dude?
you come in here to a 600 plus page thread as a newbie with 6 posts and right off the bat just blurt out "just one more scam coin..." wtf?
you don't trust Tony?  fine... don't participate.

I've barely had the wallet 2 months and Tony has gifted me 1.2 gbytes ($500 value give or take) in 2 airdrops
for 10 minutes of my time it took to simply link my bitcoin.....  Scam coin? I think not.
so yeah...door, ass etc...

Trend is now upwards. I think, it is going to take a fast pump in several days.
What makes you think so?
He doesn't think so. He wants other people to think so.

Or if he does, it's called wishful thinking.

While it has risen considerably I expect it to be back down by tomorrow.
its already started Wink guys Cheesy
The price per Byteball is nice and all though I am pretty sure that the price of the coin will get even higher since the people that are managing the distribution decided that they want people to have Byteball in order to receive free coins. People should be purchasing Byteball up now, the price of the coin right now won't hold because there won't be that many people trying to sell it before September.

the price is still holding. I am not sure if he move to extend the airdrop for a long time was good for the price in the longrun but a lower price and longer distribution will put this coin into more peoples hand.

There may be a huge dump when September arrives because people will try to dump that coin right when they get their free Byteball and BlackBytes.
