Ideally Bangladeshi women should play against teams such as Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Ireland and Scotland, while the Aussie women should be competing against India, England and New Zealand.

I think the reason why the Bangladesh team is like that is because first of all as you said they do not have a proper first-class structure. And that is also another reason why the Bangladesh players are so inconsistent. Discipline is not built in the players from a young age. So they are not performing well consistently. And they are also not working hard every day. It's like today they feel like practicing and working out really hard and they do so, but tomorrow or on another day they will be not concentrating and not training hard just because they do not feel like it. And also the corruption does not help the cause.
