And one is the most important thing which effect on our national team is match fixing. Many of our players are involved in it. Well if Pakistani team really want to remain in the top teams so PCB should resolve these issues.

Exactly this is a big deal. And PCB is in it. They are hosting the champion trophy therefore they can't focus on the U19 teams and can't consume the funds on them because they have a big challenge ahead means the champion trophy. We know that how the economic situation of the Pakistan and in this situation the security the management means everything has some cost. So in this situation PCB can't focus on U19 teams. But that's right that the U19 teams are the real future of a main cricket team. I hope after the champion trophy PCB will focus on new talents.

However new T20I format and the entry of new countries like USA into sport are positive steps towards making cricket global game. World Cup and MLC being hosted in USA is big deal and I believe it will help make cricket more popular worldwide. With new teams and leagues coming in cricket is entering an exciting phase of growth and competition.

Few boards are not able to handle these things which are surely problem because they are having limited sources, but we need some good support from the ICC for this as we are having things like these in FIFA which is doing good work for the development of the game.

Yes you are right that is the good decision because they are giving chances to new talents. If they are giving rest to big players and giving the chance to new players so BCCI want to select more valuable players for the team because they are good in cricket. I have seen in both Women Cricket and Men Cricket. BCCI is playing a big role in cricket. And both teams are strong. While we can see how Indian Men team won the T20 World Cup and in Women Cricket how Indian team is playing with South Africa Women team. So in both cases they are strong. So if they are giving chance to new talents so this is really good decision.

One thing India has is a good supply of young cricketers. And another thing that India does really well is, it doesn’t matter how they spend money or how they waste money and how much nepotism and favoritism they have, they are still bringing in interesting players. And those players are actually world-class. Sometimes they don't even have to make those players world-class. Those players are basically ready to play at the top level of competition from the start.

Giving good chances to the new talent are always going to be the best decision that any team's authority can make. Because if you do that, instead of waiting for the day when the players who are already playing will perform well, you would actually get players who can perform well regularly. Basically you will not have to wait for the day when one player is going to perform well after giving chances consistently. And you will even have good replacements ready just like the Indian team has.

A lot of the England U19 players have represented the county 2nd XI sides. And also, the cricket at college/school level is also having good quality in England. We look legendary player from Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka won the T20 World Cup and I am big fan of Kumar Sangkara and he was legend and he broke many records and Dilshan was also excellent player and we saw big names from very small country when country situation was good but now Sri Lankan country is economically depress and government is not supporting the good players and they are not interested to play for country and besides they play leagues and they earn from leagues and from that leagues they get money ,and fame and after they engage in commercials and they get benefit from that. But England team is totally different from Sri Lankan team and Economy of England is stronger and government is supporting the players.

Sri Lanka under 19 is very strong, no doubt. But the performance, the recent performance from the English under 19 team gives me hope. Exactly in the test formats a player can show his skills. Because he has the time to understand the bowler and bowler has the time to understand the batsman. And I am also looking Srilanka U19 team as a strong team as compare to England U19 team. Of course England U19 team won the last match of the ODI series but overall performance of Srilanka team is admirable. Well tomorrow they will start the test match so let's hope Srilanka will continue their performance ad they performed in ODI series.
