Yeh it's true that west indies missed out a vital opportunity to level the series but unfortunately they unable to manage such things and as a result not only lose the second match of the series but lose the series by 2-0 and If they even comback at last match it will be not worthy for them, At first I taught they gonna comback after defeat in first ODI just like they comback in test series with a vital contribution of new deadliest bowler shamer but I think collapse in thier top order really push them down because if they set momentum with significant partnership then rest of batters will able to make decent contribution with any pressure. As expected the West Indies team were not that good to challenge the Australians. They bowled well whereas they batted badly or it might be that the Australians were bowling above average. Unless West Indies work on their batting they will continue to lose ODI and for a fact they did not have their star bowler, a bowler who was able to get a win in test format in Australia after 27 years.

For West Indies the wickets have stopped falling while the runs have dried down. The asking run rate is above 6 now, it can controlled as they plenty of overs left. The strategy of WI will only work as long as they don't lose wickets and the current batters get to form a partnership while rotating the strike. When they reach the 40 overs mark they can then think of the asking run rate. They still have 7 wickets left, but don't have a depth in batting which can become a problem if more wickets fall.
