So I actually think Bangladesh has only themselves to blame for the loss. And I agree with you if they did not miss those two catches and were able to drop those two Sri Lankan superheroes early then the result would be otherwise.

I also seriously think that Bangladesh should do something about Litton Das not being able to play well at all and having consecutive DUCKS.

The Lankan batsmen were under a lot of pressure after losing 3 wickets in the beginning to bat against the target of 287 runs given by Bangladesh. In the beginning, the Bangladeshi bowlers bowled with power, but Charith Asalanka and Pathum Nissanka could not take the wickets of the two Bangladeshi bowlers, due to which the Sri Lankan team won very easily. However, against Sri Lanka the bowlers of Bangladesh have to bowl better and also the batsmen of Bangladesh have to bat more responsibly because the performance of the batsmen of Bangladesh against Sri Lanka is very random.

The team was under a lot of pressure due to the batting failure of the openers in the second ODI between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Because of this, we may not see Liton Das in the third one-day match, or the Bangladesh Cricket Board has decided that Liton Das will not play in the ODI match. Yes you are right Sri Lankan opening batsmen Pathum and Charith played really well in yesterday match against Bangladesh. They scored 183 runs together and pumped the score much for the team. Sri Lankan batsmen adjusted to pitch conditions and showed their skills. By the way Bangladesh bowled well they could not stop Nisanka and Asalanka partnership. Sri Lanka deserve this win.

Pathum Nissanka and Charit Ashalanka formed an unbreakable partnership of 183 runs. The bowling of the Bangladesh team hit the Sri Lankan fortress in the beginning and later they could not sustain their aggressive bowling. Bangladesh team batted first and collected 185 runs which was enough to fight in the ODI format. However the pitch that Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are playing on is a batting friendly piece where with a bit of patience and play it is possible to score enough runs. The batsmen of the Sri Lankan team proved that even they were able to give their team victory.

Pathum Nissanka and Asalanka's excellent batting was the reason why Sri Lankan team won this match. After losing three top-order batsmen for just 43 runs, I thought Bangladesh would win today's match as well. But due to the responsible batting of Nissanka and Asalanka, the Sri Lankan team won. After losing the third wicket for 43 runs, Sri Lanka lost the fourth wicket for 228 runs. And before losing the fourth wicket for 228 runs, the match was completely in Sri Lanka's control.

Bangladesh lost this match due to their poor and erratic bowling. Tanzim Shakib and Taijul did not bowl well. These two are one of the most important bowlers of Bangladesh. Bangladesh could have won the match if Taijul could have done some controlled bowling. In the next match, Bangladesh should add someone to replace Taijul in the squad.

On the 2nd ODI of Sri Lankan tour to Bangladesh. The host team got defeated by 3 wickets with 17 balls remaining. It was another close contest.
Bangladesh batting first gave a defendable target of 287 for Sri Lanka with Towhid Hridoy's not out 96 and a half century from the opener Soumya Sarkar.
Sri Lankans chasing the target, Pathum Nissanka scored a century and even though other top order batsmen couldn't hold for long, Pathum Nissanka had a good 4th wicket partnership with Charith Asalanka who individually made 91 before being out. This particular partnership set the stage for sri lankan win.
Now the 3 match ODI series is tied at 1-1 and the 3rd ODI would be the final one.

So today 286 runs was good target for Sri Lanka, was pretty good. Soumya Sarkar did 68 runs and feel bad for Towhid Hridoy as he couldn't complete his century for 4 runs! In yesterday's match, Liton Das was out for zero runs, Mahmudullah Riyad was out for zero runs, if these two batsmen could have averaged a good performance in yesterday's match, then Bangladesh's run score could have topped 300. If Mehdi Hasan Miraj and Tanjim Hasan Shakib did not play in a defensive manner, if they had played in an attacking manner, the score of runs would have gone above 300 runs where the chances of Bangladesh's victory would have been created. However, Bangladesh performed well in yesterday's match, no doubt it is not worth saying that, but the batsmen got the opportunity to increase as the ball got slower on the pitch due to the extra dew during the night. Therefore, Sri Lanka took the right decision to win the toss and take the bat which played a big role in their victory.
