Also, the Australian team's thoughts were that a win is always good before going in the World Cup and they will take this win as a positive sign and hopefully continue the momentum.

As Shadab Khan already mentioned this match I am also agreed with this because this is better version of the net with having play against another team is good for the practice which is helping batsmen and bowlers to stay at better level even mostly Pakistani top order batsmen fail badly which is alarming for them, but things are going positive because in these both practice matches they achieve good results first after batting first and now after having bowling first they need to fix holes which are going to create problems for them in main round.

Australia also done good, and they give chance to all their part-timers which is good because their main bowlers also done good job and having many options like these are helpful for them in coming matches now they won their both warm-up matches and their batsmen also have good practice which will help them in coming days.

I agree with you that even though Pakistan lost, they showed a good performance against a strong team like Australia, although Babar Azam's retired out in the middle also factored a lot behind Australia's win. However, Pakistan batsmen today showed a very responsible batting performance, but as victory was not in their destiny, they lost at the end of the day by just 14 runs. In terms of run-scoring performance, I thought Pakistan would win today because the batting performance was good and also their country and India are located next to each other, so I thought the environment favored them.
But today I am not satisfied with the bowling performance of both the teams, although if you look at the extra runs towards the last, the Australians were able to take the wickets and put pressure on the Pakistani batsmen, and their result is win. If you look at the chart below, you can understand how craziest today's match was.

Pakistan is really good with batting than the bowling order. Till the tail end we were able to see players scoring runs. Ifthikhar Ahmed along with Babar Azam turned the match, and it looked like both the teams were playing the match in a free manner. Australia team had used 8 bowlers and it looked like they were finding the right ones for the upcoming league matches. For Pakistan Babar Azam retired out and walked to the pavilion, if not Pakistan could've won the match. This match can't be taken into consideration to value the potential of the team.

In the other match Afghanistan played really well and in the upcoming league matches Afghanistan is going to be real gamechanger for sure. I'm much excited to watch the match between Afghanistan and Bangladesh. Today's win of Afghanistan against Sri Lanka is a reminder to all the teams.

Afghanistan won this match, giving an upset on the warm up world cup cricket match. Srilankan captain Kusal Mendis would not be happy seeing this result. He himself scored 158 runs and would have wanted his team to play more competitive cricket.

We need a topic here for the positive talk and after some search and work I am able to bring one topic for the all cricketing community, hopefully they will give their view about this with their available knowledge of cricket.

West Indies won 2 world cups and then lost third final and after this we have England which lost two finals first against Australia and then against Pakistan after that we have Sri Lanka which lost against Australia and then India.

Now we have New Zealand which is already on two finals losing streak first against Australia and then England now give your opinion can they make third, or now we will have new teams into final lets talk about this for some time here on this thread.

Really an amazing match of Cricket played by both teams Pakistan and Australia. The performance of Iftikhar played 83 runs inning and babar Azam was outclass today score 90 runs but Australia won 14 runs a great comeback. Pakistan just fall short by 14 runs in their second warm-up match score 337 runs all out in 47.4 overs. Iftikhar, Babar and Nawaz scored amazing half-centuries in the chase target of 352 runs. Pakistan batted well but the point of concern is our Bowling unit Haris Rouf pick only 1 wickets by giving 97 runs in 9overs, and specialy spin department Pakistan have to do well in upcoming world match otherwise situation becomes tough for Pakistan

It is quite irritating to watch all these matches getting washed out as a result of rain. I was watching live on Hotstar, and a lot of fans were attending these matches. They were quite disappointed with the outcome. Anyway, these were just warmup matches. It will be much more disappointing, in case the group stage matches get washed out.

What can I say about the Pakistan performance today? This had been an incredible chase and I never expected this type of run chase by the Pakistan team.

Muhammad Rizwan replacement Abdullah Shafique did not able to perform well, but Babar Azam took all the responsbiliy and scored 90 runs. Another good batting performance by Iftikhar Ahmed who scored 80 runs helped Pakistan to be in a position where they can win this one.

Mohammad Nawaz needs some support from the bowlers who are batting for Pakistan and they can win this match. He is making a good finish for this warm up match.

The Sri Lankan bowlers have managed to fall just one wicket so far in the Afghanistan camp. It is only a matter of time for Afghanistan to win this match.

One thing I feel very bad about is that India has announced two abandonment of the two warm-up matches that were supposed to take place. Whereas other teams' games started in rain and then restarted when the rain cleared, but it has been the complete opposite for India. Before the start of India's match, the weather turned bad, and it rained due to which the match was abandoned before the toss. Hearing this, it seems ridiculous that India has not played a single match against their opponents in the warm-up matches so far. Where every one of the nine teams in the World Cup has participated in the warm-up matches, but India has not played a single warm-up match so far. As funny as it sounds, it is very unfortunate for India that matches are being abandoned without a toss due to bad weather. India's previous match against England was not played, and today's match against the Netherlands was similarly declared abandoned. India are suffering from bad weather in their warm-up matches due to incessant rain, due to which they could not take the field in the warm-up matches.
