I was watching South Africa's poor performance in the T20 series. I thought the team might perform well in the ODI format. But the team's performance in ODI matches is also very poor. The team was defeated in the first match as well and South Africa is going to be defeated by a huge margin in today's match. Australia team has given a huge target of 393 runs. Batting against this run is impossible against current South Africa. South Africa collected 144 runs in 20 overs. This is quite a good collection. The team scored more than 7 runs per over. But they lost four wickets. It is not possible to win by losing wickets so fast and batting for a big target.South African batsmen are batting better than I expected. South Africa has collected 199 runs in 30 overs. They need 194 runs to win in 20 overs. Had South Africa not lost wickets too quickly, they would have won. But I thought South Africa's innings would stop before 250. Because the team scored 222 runs in the first ODI match. Positive points for Bangladesh in today's match were to win but that chance is slowly diminishing due to Bangladesh's top order batsmen not performing well. But if Bangladesh can't win today's low scoring target of 258 runs then what else can I expect as a supporter for Bangladesh.
Most of us expect from Bangladesh that they Gona be victorious against sirilankan and will secure some good points but they have some problem of bad top order batting start which they really repeat against sirilanka after Pakistan, if they work on such weak zone and took a strong start in his upcoming matches then I am sure that they will be qualified to lasts round, Now still they can get into the game if the only performer Towhid Hridoy scored some good runs because they have small difference between required ball and runs, but the only things which should his partner do is to just provide a satisfaction of not losing his wicket because he has not only fear of chasing required runs but also fear of losing wickets of partner tale under batters.Anyway if anyone interested in ODI prediction pool then you can visit this thread

As I expected a good performance from Bangladesh, they did not perform as well. The pitch was spin bowling friendly. But spin bowlers can't show their strength today. We haven't seen a better performance today than Shakib and Miraz.
Bangladesh managed to collect 177 runs at the end of 40 overs. They have lost 5 wickets. Towhid Hridoy remains unbeaten with 65 runs. The team needs more than 80 runs to say 60. If Hridoy stays at the crease, Bangladesh has a chance to win. But if Hridoy is out then Bangladesh will lose today's match too. Bangladesh team was in good form. Even then they are not doing well in the Asia Cup.

Look like you are underestimating the Bangladesh cricket team at the moment. Mushfiour and Hridoy have together put up a 50-runs partnership and they are slowly but steadily coming back in this match. Still, I would say that the target of 258 runs is not so much. In Bangladesh batsmen do not lose wickets and reach the 40th over mark, I guess their chances will further increase to win.
From Sri Lankan's perspective, they need one or two quick wickets. If they are unable to get any wickets in the next 2 to 3 overs, I think the balance of the game will shift entirely to the Bangladesh team.

In 2nd ODI Australia posted 392 In loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs vs South Africa. Australia played very well especially David Warner scored a century of 106 runs in 93 balls, Marnus Labuschagne also played and brilliantly knocked 124 runs unbeaten in just 99 balls and helped his team to post a high total of 392 runs for South Africa. South Africa had poor bowling in this match except Tabraiz Shamsi who picked 4 important wickets of Australia by just giving 61 runs in 10 overs. I think South Africa lost this match by a huge margin the chance of South Africa winning this match is very low.

As I posted Earlier, The opening batter of Bangladesh Mohammad Naim played a Match eating performance. He scored a massive 21 runs from 46 balls and did not manage to continue his innings. He is far ahead of Afif and Shahim Patwary at this moment. He is going to get the General position of Bangladesh Lords association and of course he is going to play against India as well.
If you talk about the match situation. This is does not look good at all for Bangladesh. They lose the first four wickets and did not manage to score hundred runs yet. Another batting collapse for Bangladesh and I am not surprised at all.

Sri Lanka scored 131 runs in 30 overs but they still have plenty of wickets left. So they still have a chance to collect high runs and give Bangladesh a big run target. Bangladesh's bowling performance is not bad but they are not able to take wickets. If they fail to take wickets, no matter how well they bowl, a big run target will be waiting for Bangladesh at the last moment. So today is going to be a tough game for Bangladesh against Sri Lanka. as Sri Lanka still have 7 wickets left they might be able to target 250+ runs. as a Bengali, it is very sad to see Bangladesh lose like this
SL has lost 4 wickets and scored 150 runs after 34 runs. If Bangladesh can get few more wickets then there is a chance that they may restrict SL to 250 or less. At the moment Bangladesh focus must be to restrict SL to lowest possible target. If SL can give a target of over 250 runs then it won't be easy to chase against strong SL bowling lineup.

Australian batsmen are in great batting form in Australia vs South Africa second ODI match. Australia's batsmen's style of play today is excellent due to which they still score good runs with enough wickets in hand. Australia's batsmen batted brilliantly today which is why they scored so many runs especially in the first over David Warner batted brilliantly and scored a century. David Warner's batting performance was excellent and he scored 106 runs off 93 balls before he was dismissed for Australia. Another batsman at the crease at the moment whose batting performance has been excellent and he has already scored a century is Marnus Labuschagne, scoring 109 runs off 90 balls which was truly remarkable. If Australia can keep playing like this till the end of the game today, there will definitely be a chance of 400 runs. Australia can be expected to win the second match against South Africa in the same way as their first match.
