Most of the new teams do not have native players and that is the main reason that they are not able to sustain the performance because only the native players will play in the true spirit of the country while the non-native players' only motive is to earn money by playing cricket for that country.
I do not know much about the origin of the players playing in the Nepal team ?
Are most of them Native players? If so, I can assume that Nepal will become one of the good teams who can give tough time to teams like Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Srilanka.
Nepal is improving alot interms of cricket and there game they are not defeating many opponents .

The ICC did their best in sabotaging Nepali cricket over the years. If you look at the funding structure, Nepal is receiving only 20% of the amount that they used to receive a decade ago. But now the Cricket Association of Nepal has become more or less self-sufficient. They are generating significant amount of revenues within Nepal and are not overdependent on the ICC. And among the full members, Nepal hasn't received support from anyone except Pakistan. But now the ICC doesn't have any choice other than to increase the funding, since their performance has been exceptional in the recent past.
If any player in the team scores a century the runs of that match will be much higher and that is happened to the Nepal team. Moreover, cricket fans are optimistic about the Nepal team that they will be able to get a good place in the future. Against Oman, Nepal batted at the beginning and gave a target of 310 runs, where the Oman team lost all wickets by scoring only 226 runs. Nepal team won by 84 runs. The team has played two matches in the ACC Mens Premier Cup 2023 and is at the top of the points table after winning two matches. Nepal team has several players who perform very well. Thailan(W) vs Zimbabwe(W)
These two teams played the second ODI. Thailand women team won the match. Thailand women team made 217 runs. And Zimbabwe women team tried very well. They made 169 runs in 50 overs and gave 9 wickets. And from both teams only one woman made 50+ runs. Natthakan Chantham who made 54 runs in this match. Thailand played really well in this match.
These two teams played the second ODI. Thailand women team won the match. Thailand women team made 217 runs. And Zimbabwe women team tried very well. They made 169 runs in 50 overs and gave 9 wickets. And from both teams only one woman made 50+ runs. Natthakan Chantham who made 54 runs in this match. Thailand played really well in this match.
For the Thailand women, the first wicket partnership was very crucial. The first wicket for the Thailand team who has fallen on 101. But on the other hand, Zimbabwe women’s team lost two wickets for only one run... lol
