Top batsman Lahiru Udara(90) and Nuwanidu Fernando(52) made their half century and tired to ahead their team. Afterwards we saw early fall of some wickets but Chamindu (70) and Dinura Kalupahana(45) finished last overs as well. On the other hand, South Africa A team started batting and David Bedingham (*188) legendary performance just impressed everyone. He did worst performance in two odi mathes but this time He was going to have a double century but unfortunately or fortunately they win before that lol. This one man army really deserve Respect. What a great comeback by South Africa A team. I was not expecting that win. Because Srilanka A made a very high score in yesterday match. In the previous matches the score was below 300 but in the yesterday match Srilanka A made 308 runs. And as usual I was thinking that South Africa A will not be able to chase this target but they played very well. They chased the target almost in 43 overs. There was a one man army who made 188 runs. And he is the reason of winning of South Africa A team. I am talking about David Bedingham. He played very well. Congratulations to South Africa on their win.

Today there was a match between South Africa A vs Sri Lanka A where both team really played well and finally South Africa A won a match by 5 wickets. Sri Lanka A went to bat first and made brilliant score. 308 runs from 50 overs which is decent target for their opponent team to win the match. Lahiru Udara did 90 runs from 94 balls and Chamindu did 70 runs from 54 balls. But This time South Africa A team was so serious and they gave their efforts to win the match. Top batsmen tried to make to score from beginning and finally they made 311 runs and won the match. David Bedingham did 188 runs from 129 balls which was epic.

In all the matches I have seen so far between Sri Lanka and South Africa, most of the matches have been lost by South Africa and in this match they have won as well. In this match. Could have won but their speed defeated them. If their batsmen had played calmly, 31 runs would have been needed with 9 overs to spare. But the match will be lost due to luck and pressure of the Sri Lankan bowlers. They should work hard and struggle to win the matches. Congratulations to Sri Lanka for this win and may they continue to play like this and beat even stronger teams like South Africa.
Sri Lanka did well in the first two matches, but that doesn't take away the fact that they got absolutely whacked during the third match. Lankan bowlers had no clue against David Bedingham, who ended with 20 fours and 5 sixes. Both Dinura Kalupahana and Sahan Arachchige went for more than 10 runs per over. Only the two spinners were economical (Dushan Hemantha and Nuwanidu Fernando). And the pitch at Senwes Park was not offering much support for any type of bowling.

Actually surprised with the fightback shown by Sri Lanka A so far. They lost the final match, but won the series by a margin of 2-1. And the last match was very close. Lankans made 308/6 against a quality attack that comprised of players such as Lutho Sipamla, Eathan Bosch and Tristan Luus, with Chamindu Wickramasinghe scoring 70 from 54 balls. Surprisingly Dewald Brevis picked up 4 wickets and was the best South African bowler in the match. In return, it was one-man show from David Bedingham, who made 188 from 129 balls.

Sri Lanka A really surprised me with their performance. At this point, they are leading the 50-over series by a margin of 2-0. And this is despite the fact that South Africa A team consisted of several well known names, such as Kyle Verreynne, Dewald Brevis, Tony de Zorzi, Andile Phehlukwayo, Senuran Muthusamy and David Bedingham. After the 3-match 50 over series, there is a 4-day series coming up, which will comprise of two matches. Neil Brand will be captaining the South African side for this series.

Sri Lanka A won by 93 runs against South Africa A in the 1st Unofficial ODI match at Senwes Park Stadium, South Africa. South Africa A won the toss and they opt to Bowl. Sri Lanka A openers did brilliant batting. Kamil Mishara(71) and Nuwanidu Fernando(97) showed legendary performance ever. Besides Chamindu(55) also did his half century and total they collected 298-9 runs. As a response, South Africa A started their batting and their start up was good enough. Tony de Zorzi(53) did half century and Dewald Brevis(38) did decent runs. But afterward rest of players start showing poor performance, lost their wickets with lower runs.
