Sachin with Ganguly have got the highest first wicket partnership for India scoring 258 runs. In today's match if Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill play without going for big shots as the run rate at present is quite good. Rohit Sharma at 101* and Shubman Gill at 103* after 26 overs. India at 212 runs without wicket loss. The pitch seems to be in favor of batting and similar performance can be expected from New Zealand players.
Zimbabwe vs Ireland 3rd ODI match started today at Harare Sports Club, Harare. Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bat. Scored 49 runs in 12 overs. Zimbabwe lost 1 wicket so far. Zimbabwe batsman Chamu Chibhabha was dismissed for 16 off 28 balls. Done. If Zimbabwe can play the complete over in this way then they can score like 250 runs.
Yes Zimbabwe can score 250 runs if they play full 50 overs but 250 runs is not a big score in an ODI match. But it is not possible to do more for Zimbabwe. But Ireland will overcome this score. India vs New Zealand in today's match India is showing great improvement. New Zealand has yet to introduce any wickets. Rohit and Shubman Gill have formed a pair of 140 runs. The way India performed in the first two matches, I personally don't think New Zealand will win the third match. I think India will be able to win today's match as well. New Zealand won the toss but decided to bowl but they are not able to bowl well. At the end of 8 overs, India collected 64 runs without losing any wickets. Quite a good collection. As India's opening pair has been able to get off to a good start, they can set a target of over 300 in today's match as well. I don't see any chance of New Zealand winning if India set a target of more than 300.

it seems that team India doesn’t wishes to experiment too much, because they have named a very strong lineup instead of giving the player’s on the bench a chance to get some valuable experience. Furthermore all three player’s mentioned by you are on the bench, and seeing team India’s lineup I feel that we can expect another defeat for New Zealand.
What is the point of selecting these players and not allowing them to play? This is the same mistake Rohit Sharma did in the T20 world cup. He does not want to experiment at all. India has already won this series these poor guys could have been given a chance today. They could have been replaced by Shubman Gill, Ishan Kishan and Surya Kumar Yadav. There is no point in selecting new guys as the Indian captain does not have confidence in them.

Newzealand on the other hand would try to avoid a complete whitewash. But to be honest, India is currently the most favorite team in the ODI format. Their batting line-up is excellent, their young stars have been performing very well recently and they have also improved in bowling. And the ICC World Cup is at their home ground, so they will have extra benefits. Hopefully, good things are in store for India in this year's ICC ODI World Cup.

IMO, the captain needs to be changed first. Kohli was unable to win any world cup, and I don't think that Rohit is any better. And worse still, they are intervening in the selection process and forcing the selectors to pick players who are close to them. When Mahendra Singh Dhoni was the captain, I didn't liked him that much. But nowadays I am realizing how good he was back then. There was never any allegation of nepotism or bias being made against MSD. He always picked players based on merit and nothing else mattered.

Currently, India is a great ODI team. I believe that India is a great contender for the one day international world cup coming up this year. But I believe that India still has a few problems to fix. Like they need to stop causing problems with Pakistan. And I think the captaincy position is also something that might need fixing. I think the same. If Bumrah is fit and picks up form before the world cup there is definitely no one who can stop us from taking the world cup. Playing in Indian conditions is heavenly for our players. Also the team this year has a lot of odi matches to play before the world cup itself so, there will be a lot of trial and testing to find the best combination. And even as of now 8-9 months before the cup i feel we have almost the winning combination just 3-4 spots need to be finalized.
I will also agree with you a lot because India will be the host of ICC ODI World Cup 2023 and currently India is leading in numbers and I also think that they are going to be the most favorite team in the upcoming World Cup .But I think other South Asian teams can also take the benefit of playing in India because the weather conditions are almost same. Especially for India, Babar Azam's team Pakistan could be a strong competitor in the upcoming World Cup
