This team is pretty new and they don't have a lot of veteran players in thier squad. Obviously not much to expect from them as only some of them would be part of the playing 11 in the world cup. What I am excited though is that the Indian batters like Rohit, Kohli & Rahul are getting confidence that they need to perform in the world cup.

Bhai that Dhoni runout at the WC semis and mainly unfortunate defeat in the WTC finals still haunts me lol.

New team or an old one, we have a serious problem against kiwis in important encounters (ICC) and that's what scares me with these kinds of results (Bilaterals).

After having first ODI completely useless due to poor batting from New Zealand now we have an entertaining match between Zimbabwe vs Ireland at Harare after winning toss Zimbabwe elected to bowl which was not a good decision by them as Ireland have very good batting and with the help of good opening stand between Paul Sterling and Stephen Doheny they were able to reach at the target of 294 as usual Harry Tector also added 75 runs on just 61 balls Tendai Chatara was only bowler who done good job and take 3/51.

Now in reply Zimbabwe are in trouble because they are losing wickets very quickly and needs 66 runs on 35 balls with 4 wickets remaining thins are looking interesting but in favour of Ireland because they are disciplined and have good batting and now in fielding also doing good job which creating problems for the home side.

I am not surprised that New Zealand lost. I was pretty sure India would win this series. But I was not prepared to see such a brutal defeat by New Zealand. New Zealand lost 5 wickets for just 15 runs. The poor performance of the top order batsmen is why they are in such a bad state. The top order players should have batted responsibly and tried to stay at the crease. Batting on a target of just 109, the Indian team won very easily.

India has worked alot on their balling side and that's the reason they are unbeaten. Today Newzealand were a disaster they bat very poorly and couldn't stand infront of Indian ballers.
Well done Indian team, they deserved this win.

Kiwis collapse due to outstanding bowling by Indians. A comfortable eight-wicket win in Raipur seals the three-match ODI series for India. Firstly, India bowled out New Zealand for 108 runs and then chased it down in 20.1 overs. There is no response from New Zealand at all! This is India's 7th consecutive win in the bilateral ODI series at home.

New Zealand batsmen have really performed very poorly in this match. It is never possible to beat a team like India on this small run target, where India is currently performing very well. India's bowlers have performed exceptionally well in the match. In view of which India secured a nice victory.

New Zealand's batsmen gave a really bad performance in today's match. I thought New Zealand might score 210 runs but New Zealand gave India a target of 109 runs. The runs that New Zealand scored were not the right runs for them to win. India won the match very easily. In this match India batsman Virat Kohli was dismissed for 11 runs off 9 balls. I think Virat Kohli gave a poor performance.

Tom Latham express they have failed miserably today. They did not get results in what they did whereas India was successful in all aspects. New Zealand did not get a good start. It was said that if the top order fails then it will be very difficult for them to win the match. That is happened in today's match. No one could have expected such a way New Zealand's collapse in international matches. Everyone knows that it is rare in their cricket. But i have to praise I can definitely praise India for today's match. A continuation of India's excellent performances will take them to the top of the ODI rankings.

^^ After a competitive first ODI, New Zealand batting failed completely as they lost their 8th wicket for just 103 runs. Did not expect such a one sided match and the Indian fast bowlers were tearing the batsman and if the pitch gives the same returns when India comes to bat and if they are able to pick some early wickets then the match can be dragged for a little longer.

Very bad start from Newzealand, lost all important wickets in early overs . Now Glenn Phillips is batting and stayed long on pitch , 6 wickets gone 90 runs and 27 overs played .
This is some bad performance by Newzealand and good one from Indian balling side .
