Players should have played a little more cautiously. Maybe we will see Australia's victory today. The performance of the Australian players in the last two matches was irregular. If the batsmen bat responsibly today, it will be easy for Australia to score 259 runs.

After Asalanka remarkable innings Australian bowler takes rest of the wicket quickly.Asalanka's presentation ODI century takes Sri Lanka to fighting total of 258 runs. It's great to see young talents are performing well, let's see how the bowlers defend the total. If the batters could adds 20-25 more runs score board would look more healthy. Anyway, I'm anticipating observe some splendid bowling show from Sri Lankan bowlers.

I personally want to see Lankans fighting hard and win the series.

I also feel that SriLankan fans really need this win so that they can forget about their suffering for just few hours and freshen up as it's incredibly tough time for SL as country.

Call it distraction or whatever but they need it badly.

Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Mendis both were in good touch and their technique against Australian bowlers give some good help for winning this match. Now it's good time for them to have some better strategy for future tours because they are still way behind for having some respectable place in cricket world after losing their few legendary players and last few year's humiliation's.

I actually did not think that they would be able to change the 291 run target given by Australia. But Sri Lanka has done a really good job to change the score and win the match quite comfortably in my opinion. Pathum Nissanka and Kushal Mendis have batted really well to make sure that Sri Lanka reaches the target of 292. In the end, the day date with 9 balls left and 6 wickets in hand.

Honestly, I really did not think this would happen and this shouldn't have happened as well. The Australian squad is really good and I never thought this Sri Lankan team is going to be able to beat this Australian team in a million years. And it is really surprising how Sri Lanka is in the lead. The Sri Lankan batsmen have played really well in the last match to reach the big score that was set by Australia. I have to say it feels like they got there really comfortably. Expecting a good come back from Australia.

Once after the loss in the first match Sri Lanka have managed to make the back to back wins. The second match was really interesting, because Sri Lanka managed to score 220 runs and restricting Australia within the score is truly difficult. Third match Sri Lanka reached the target close to 300 runs in a much comfortable manner losing 4 wickets and 9 balls remaining. Third match have brought big expectation, because losing the match will keep Sri Lanka win the series and win will keep Australia hope of winning the series alive. Australia have got the problem, as more players are into Sri Lanka for the first time.

170 runs unbeaten partnership between Pathum Nissanka and Mendis did the job for Srilanka. Srilanka from the start of there batting have a plan and they executed it very well. If they win this series it will give so much boost to struggling Srilanka team. May be that's the revival of Srilanka cricket?
