In any case if people mass refund before the 45 days are up, you could kill a potentially legitimate company and subsequently cause them to fail and force others that did not pay by Paypal to loose their money.

Help me understand this statement...

You are saying that we should keep quiet about a possible scam?

You can't possibly be saying this.....?

The entire pre-order group should be up in arms about the total lack of respect that terrahash has shown us. You should be demanding your BTC back, you should be emailing Amir night and day about more information, you should be calling them day and night to get this fixed.

We are the market, we say which vendors win or lose, not them, we vote with our wallets and bitcoin!

What I'm saying is someone in the States, preferably California should get off their behind as they have frequently stated they 'could' do and go in person and demand a response. Film it. I would.

Clearly hoping for them to respond here is not happening. Also assuming the same customer service as you would expect from a professional engineering firm is not going to happen.

I think most people are fearing delays in Avalon shipping chips in under a week as promised.

Scammers are scammers, they are suppose to pose as legit before the upset. I'm not saying they are scammers I'm saying look around BFL and others.

"Ohh they didn't keep all my money" doesn't make them not scammers. Scams are made to pull the most money out the quickest way possible and if they can keep face while doing it they will.

See yeah when your holding the bag and crying on bitcoinscammers.com

How about waiting another month please. It's too early to tell. Most people are just going crazy from no response.

It's way more then no response, please do some research on what has transpired.

After my initial order I decided I didn't need the case as it cost $1000.  I asked if I could use this credit toward more boards.  TH took my calls and answered my emails in due time.  They refused to add boards to my order as it would be unfair to everyone else.  I respect this.  So i took the refund for the case instead. If they were scammers they would have said sure to my request and held my money.  They did not and opted to be as straight dealing  as possible.

Just my experience...

For this they have my trust

For threatening my refund in email and not even answering my paypal dispute or claim within paypal they have neither my trust or cash.

Just my experience..

Because you paid by Paypal and your 45 days aren't up. I was adverse to their pre-order request after promising otherwise, but the fact is they bit screwed by Cloudhashing. My only concern is how, or why they even considered the nitwit behind cloudhashing a serious investor, he's a child, albeit a child with funds...

Exactly, and if they are prone to that kind of business mistake plus everything else that has transpired, then why even consider them?

Well to be honest it wasn't a secret at the time and peeps were told about Cloudhashing. As far as I'm aware only a handful of people including myself bothered to research that venture, the guy is still lying to people on the Cloudhashing Facebook page and having conversations with his true self pretending to be an interested customer of Cloudhashing.

In any case some people have not paid by Paypal and they will definitely loose their money if everyone that paid by Paypal mass requests refunds. There are a few days yet to do that in which Terrahash could at least pull their finger out with something worthwhile.

They have proven they have chips on order and have manufactured PCBs, plus what would really help you all is if someone in Cali would be kind enough to pay a visit, either officially requesting one, or just rocking up unannounced would settle some people's fears...

I'm on the fence about this working out, I see Terrahash as flakey, but not necessarily a scam, yet...

Are you calling me the brown noser?! I'm not even invested here, I just don't want to see peeps that stupidly didn't pay by protected payment methods, loose their monies because a few want to create a stamped earlier than they need to. Dick.
No I wasn't referring to you...but if the shoe fits" wear it...lol

I just added these guys to bitcoinscammers.com  Anyone who got scammed I encourage you to protect other users with telling your story.

You're a plum, and you've just discredited the entire purpose of your site by adding a company devoid of any proof of it really being a scam...

Bitcoinorama,
Why are you protecting terrahash, I distinctly remember you saying to stay away from this company on the day of the pre-order open.

If I am thinking of somebody else then forgive me...

Either way, why are you protecting terrahash, with the mounting evidence of scammy like behavior?

Answer clearly was dollar signs...

I agree Terrahash better get their shit together and soon, but people have been spreading FUD since page 25ish, and their hands are bound by Avalon.

PayPal have to refund you regardless, credit cards have to refund you regardless, it's what you pay their commissions for.

No but we can rely upon past experience, and everything this company has done is screaming scam with red flags left and right, horrible communications, bait and switching on their refund policy without notifying their customers, refusing refunds, open day debacle, cloudhashing issue, flip flopping on their pre-order stance, they are utterly untrustable at this point.

If we cannot rely upon them to keep their word about uploading a video on the day that they say, can you trust them with anything.

Should I go on?

You are wright, so what now.
Already stucked with payment, don't worry, if you have paypal, all is ok
If this is scam, on this stage, it's too late to do something.

Believe me in U.S. was scams much more powerful then BFL

EMS Escrow service with more than 12 background and world wide operations just disappeared.
Belive me, there was much much more money.

Actually i prefer to beleive that i'm not scammed Smiley

Your site also missing every other verified scam on this forum!?

You're about as knowledgable of scams as Bitcoin Megastore, and your site is about as attractive, purposeful and successful as his Megastore...

Terrahash is flakey for sure, but you have time yet to cancel via Paypal, so I don't see the beef, especially if you we're sensible and paid by credit card or Amex, which you did, right? Being all scam safety conscious, etc.

Why are some of you so anxious? Just relax and be patient.
We can't look into the future, so how can you judge them now for being scammers?
If you can look into the future, you won't even be here....  Wink

no thanks, I think I will stick to this one, so that other people don't get scammed by TerraHash.

It's sounds strange, just because they not accepting orders anymore,
so it's technically hard to get scammed by TH direclty, isn't it?
