Had a hunch that paypal may have been the hold up. Hard to finalize an order queue when the payment isn't confirmed received. I've seen them take up to a week or two to clear funds before.
Putting in a ticket for a refund for an order paid in BTC. Will report how it goes.

Wow. That is quite impressive. Wonder if they are preparing for this as there may be a huge influx depending on batch order position

Requested via their support ticket system, refunded via PayPal in about 6 minutes.

I gave BFL 60 days after their original target date to request a refund. I thought that was generous... but they needed an extra 9 months to complete their debacle.

Well. not to change the subject,,,, but tomorrow I am switching my gpu farm over to litecoin mining,,,,lol, the profit margin just isn't there for btc anymore. the good ol days are almost over now 
unless of course btc value skyrockets in the next few days.....so Ill just be waiting for my asics,,,to maybe become a reality....not looking to promising at the moment,,,lol
