That is correct.

Impressive that one so "young" on posts could "achieve" this feat.

What happens when a lot of people ignore him? Does he get banned from the forum?

Nobody knows...its like dividing by zero.  I'm fairly certain that Dante had reserved a special circle of hell for users 100% ignored on forums though, haven't read it in awhile but I think it was just below adulterers and murderers   Roll Eyes

It was a setup. You could have at least replied and said that it is not doable, but now we know you are unprofessional. See, I like playing these games with companies to see for myself how they react, and now I know for sure I don't want get my friends involved who could have split the cost with me because they are very interested in mining.  Cool

Lol, it's truly sad that you would even go as far as scapegoating me of all people, to prove a point. That says a whole lot about you. I'm really one of the least relevant people to ever post on these forums. You have made a huge joke of yourself.

By the way, the proper way to "not honor" a request is to politely reject it, rather than be like BFL and not respond. See you need to be like KnC and take your scams to the next level, and hire someone to dedicate their time to responses. The scam game is evolving dude, you're falling behind, taking cheap shots like you do will not keep you afloat.

I invite everyone to clearly read through all my posts. You will soon discover I am more than what I appear to be at the surface in a single thread. I am Bitcoins psychological warfare horse, and I do it for non-profit.

Dude in all fairness, after what's just been seen of your behaviour in this thread, have some humility and don't try to justify your actions which speak volumes.

As for Terrahash, whilst you're not requesting funds you cannot be branded a scam. Prove a working design and you'll have all the custom you can handle. I don't see why anyone should have an issue here so far. All they've done is state their intention and ready their site and back-end for future sales and create some awareness in a forum. Which is all they can do in the interim.

there's nothing fair about anything anyone posts on this website. you pick and choose facts you like to believe and 100% of the time it's within your own agenda.

you think I'm here to do anything for any of you? what the fuck are you smoking? I'm here for myself and you can choose to take notes or you can play the scapegoat game.

You can probably consider your 'contribution' to this thread done by now. It's fairly apparent that no one feels that you are contributing to the discussion in a useful way.

I guess that's up to me at the end of the day, isn't it? I don't need you to do my thinking and decision making for me, like your mother did for you when you were growing up. LOL

Agreed with docjunior, following this with great interest and if they have a viable product, I'm hoping that Terrahash has an equitable way of accepting orders that rewards those who started watching them early-on.   : )   There's plenty of room for growth in the ASIC market and I have to give them credit for not accepting pre-orders until they at least have a functioning product.

From my point of view, it looks like terrahash have done nothing wrong except getting themselves involved in a bit of a flame war. Announcing plans of building hashing gear according to the Klondike design, nothing wrong with that. Not even taking preorders, I really don't see how that would qualify as scamming. People in this forum seem pretty high strung sometimes...
I'm following this project with interest, and if they are telling the truth regarding chip orders and suggested prices for their products, I believe they might be offering one of the most profitable mining solutions out there. Of course we are all waiting for a finished product :-) When it's there, I'm hoping to be standing near the front of the line.

So because they pointed out that you were screwing around with them, that's scapegoating?  I don't think so..  I don't even see how they reacted unreasonably.

If a person comes in here smooth talking and has a beautiful webpage, that doesn't mean much.  If a person comes in here, a bit clumsy with some details, not great at PR...  that doesn't mean much either.  What will be meaningful is who shows product and when respectable forum members start talking about their working miners.

Warning people is great, I'm glad you're around to do that... but you're bringing the same accusations time and again.  Please don't harass people until they deserve it.

Terrahash, I am excited about the potential of this project but at this stage of course simply neutral as you are still in early stages.

If legitimate, consider simply ignoring the negativity and let the progress speak for itself as your project materializes.

Looking forward to this project possibly coming to fruition.

Keeping an eye on this project. I'd like to be one of the first to take delivery of a 180GHs beast.

 Cautiously optimistic.

I still don't understand some people. ALL they have done so far is inform of their intentions. They have taken NO money, made NO presales, and haven't scammed ANYONE. What is their possible motivation to 'prove' anything before they even have a single product open for ordering?

Damn, just because BFL happened to be the slowest people in history to deliver on orders does not mean you have the right to act as entitled children.

And the thing is, we didn't even announce our company on this forum. We sent out a press release. We had to start this thread because someone was accusing us of being a scam on the very first day in a different thread. And honestly, less than 5% of the traffic we receive comes from this forum.

No shit sherlock, most traffic is direct type-ins of your URL just like it is with every website on the internet. You're a genius.

When the chips get shipped, it will be obviously who is blowing smoke and who has hashing miners.  Everyone and their dog will be releasing video of their chips and their assembly process.

I think it is a bit early to get worried.

Worry and skepticism are not the same.
