I've said it so many times, I have submitted two tickets on the support page and I have received two automated emails. I have not been contacted by any real staff member. What is going on?

Ursay, I haven't heard back from support from either of my two submitted tickets. You said you escalated my issue, but what exactly does that mean? Blockchain.info is now showing that address as being $131 short.

Are you seriously expecting me to make up the difference from my own pocket? I need the exact amount I gave your service, you are wasting my time and money.

Withdrawal and deposit through SEPA is not available at this time.

That is the best advice someone could give. I undersign. You get then exact amounts and don't stay complaining about discrepant exchange rates at time of processing/conversion.

In my case, I had cash deposited to gox through BI. At the time, BTC was $85. I was buying ahead of what I knew was an imminent rise in BTC value. We all know how it skyrocketed a day or two later...

Folks, I have received my deposit to Gox, after about 17 days. However, it's only been about 3 days since I logged my complaint here. . Ursay I want to thank you for sticking to your word. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little disappointed that I still got charged bitinstant fees... and that on top of that I have to pay $100 per btc instead of the $85 it would have been if my deposit had been processed correctly. But, somehow I feel like I won today, and I suppose that's worth something. Thanks.

Oh , got ya. Well, at the time of my deposit on March 28 btc was apx. $85, and today was bought at $95.90. I saw it posted here that Bitinstant would be honoring the BTc value at that time of their failed deposits. But how do you do that if the BTC was purchased from GOX and BI isn't actually supplying me with the BTC? Honestly, I'd just be happy if Bitinstant would reimburse me for it's transaction fees at least. I mean, I don't wanna sound like too much of a bitch , but putting me through what BI just put me through for 2 weeks, costing me $ in BTC value, and then charging me apx. $25 for its service just feels a bit like a slap in the face to me.

Ok so my order from 4/12 was pushed through.  However, I only recieved 3.70151298 Bitcoins on a cash amount of $476.257605 including fees.  Without fees I paide 496.05.

Regardless, that is obv not the proper amount of bitcoins.  Wondering if there is way to look up the specific price from when I made my order, at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.

Anway, I went to bitinstant.com/contact to fill out the form again but it won't let me, saying that my quoteID has already been used.  It was indeed used for the initial report to push through the transaction.

So, how do I request the proper amount of bitcoins?

I moneygramed the amount at my local store and ZipZap processed the transaction at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.

4 hours later, nothing had happened so I notified via bitinstant.com/contact.  At 8:16PM EST, 3.70151298 BTC hit the bitcoin address.

Now, I dont know exactly what the price was when I initiated the order, but it surely was not $476.257605/3.70151298 BTC = $128.665658495/BTC.

From looking at the MtGox graph, it should be around $65-75/BTC if I am reading it correctly.  So I am due ~2.5-3.5 more BTC.  If there is a way to look up the exact price at an exact time, then I could find the exact amount.

Ok, so I presume they will be looking into it and will be able to tell the exact amount of BTC to compensate.  I would like those BTC deposited into a different address than the one for the order.  Hopefully that is possible.  I can provide that address now, or later.  Let me know.
