Can someone from Bitinstant be honest and answer this:

How many open issues do you have right now ?

Can you provide an estimate of how long will it take to attend a given issue ? This should be something similar to the famous MtGox long-verification-queue. Note that it is called /queue/ for a reason. It doesn't matter if an issue is "harder" than other, please follow the damn queue.

The order status shows that it has been completed ok (Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange) but the money didn't reach my MtGox wallet. Looks a little different from other issues I have seen here. Is my issue a hard one to fix? I was in 4/10 list. A manual push would solve it? The money has been stuck since 4/4...  Cry

You have a GOX code.  Have you tried using it?  What was the result?

Yes I have. This message show when I tried to use it: This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used). And I never published this coupon in public.

But the e-mail I received from BitInstant says "We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order".

I'm sorry about the wording regarding the Gox codes.  It's something development is working to fix.

We will need to cancel your old Gox code and reissue you a new code.  Thanks for your patience while we get to your issue.  Smiley

I suppose that reissuing and sending me a new code is an easy task. When it will be done? (Considering I am from list 4/10, already logged the issue at bitinstant.com/contact and still didn't get an email reply).

Not everyone can issue Gox codes so it all must go thru specific people.  Your new coupon will be issued soon.  Thanks.

so I made a bitinstant to bitcoin address moneygram a bit over 3 hrs ago.  I recieved confirmation from zipzap that their end has completed.  have heard nothing from bitinstant.  how long should this take?  how long should I wait until being concerned?

notify them now... i dont see why you wouldn't. Unless you like not having your money

I know every problem has a unique solution. Why not trying a standard solution:

May I ask everyone a question? How come there are people on here who have been departed from there money for days,weeks, but you have others who have danced with BitInstant, and have taken her home as well...But Im the asshole, for spamming,right?

I have also received confirmation of payment from zipzap over three hours ago and have not had bitinstant add funds. Is it bc I also made a deposit with bitinstant this morning? Do they flag your account for two transactions in a day? Have they reached their cash limit in deposits for the day?

Usray still no money in my account. I have been waiting since April 7th, on the April 9th list. I know by now it has to have been kicked up to Level 2 support. Can you tell me how layers of support you have ? Do I have to submit something through bitinstant.com/contact? I know that I was on a couple of lists and you said you escalated my issue, and then an email saying that I was sent coins but I haven't gotten anything yet. If I need to resubmit something that is fine, I would just like to know Smiley

I spoke with someone today regarding the execution price issues.  They are hoping to resolve some of those issues today if they have not started this already.

bitinstant was supposed to execute my trade at 04/07 for a total of 2.52047889 BTC
I only got 2.04136689 BTC
I want to refund the remainder as USD

posting over and over and over again isn't going to help.

The first way is just fine. Either way your account is going to have the same number. If there is an issue it will get ironed out. Unless you put the wrong account number then you will be fine. You can also use your mtgox username

Just someone who understand that customer service reps can become very overwhelmed when a bunch of assholes are here complaining and reposting and spamming and threatening to sue and all that shit. They don't deserve that, and if you really think I'm a plant then you need to rethink all of this.

the only proof that bitinstant isnt a ponzi scheme that ill accept is when they stop accepting deposits and solve everyones complaints
since theyre not willing to do this themselves, the only choice left is to tell others to stop depositing and to call bitinstant what it behaves like, and appears to be unless they change

We are a technology company.  Technology companies generally log customer issues daily and are always working thru their customer issues.
