I will never use BitInstant again. What a terrible service that has cost me time and money.
I'll make sure to tell everyone not to use BitInstant.

I expect to receive a refund for the "service" charge, and the value of bitcoins during the time which I was quoted.

Just want to let everyone know I just now received my bitcoins! Lips sealed Lips sealed Lips sealed  Unfortunately the amount received was at the current Mt.Gox price and not the price confirmed 2 days ago.  I will try to submit a ticket to see if Yankee will honor his post and pay the difference.  At least I have a good portion of my funds back.

Anyone that used zipzap and gave me their zipzap #s...

I am about to resend your orders thru manually.  I find this can resolve the issue in some cases.  However, not all cases are resolved in this way and I will need to forward zipzap issue with further problems up the chain.  I will post a list of people that have been pushed thru manually in a moment.

Lost Money

Hi! Almost 24 hours ago I tried using BitInstant to fund my Mt. Gox account. Some of the transactions eventually showed up in my Mt. Gox, but there is one that still hasn't, and it's worrying me to death. $503.95 of my money has disappeared after successfully getting through ZipZap. The money was never deposited into Mt.Gox.

I lost the order number, but I know that it's one of these three ZipZap transactions ($503.95 each):
893711812, 899646723, or 224400564

I got ZipZap e-mail confirmation that the amounts were succesfully paid for all three transactions. However, only two eventually landed up in my Mt. Gox account. Could someone please look into this issue and ensure that my money either reaches me or my Mt. Gox account safely?

Also, because it past the guaranteed delivery time on at least two of those transactions, could you please refund the respective fees to my Mt. Gox account? I used BitInstant because I expected delivery within a few hours, but it didn't happen. Thanks!

ZipZap Won't Accept More Payments: Merchant Issue?

After a 4-hour crisis at CVS yesterday to make the three payments from above, I tried to make three more today (each with a different amount - learning my lesson from last time). Unfortunately, none of them went through, and the error message received was 'invalid amount' in each case. Once again, I was at CVS for 3 hours trying to resolve the issue with tech support. It never got solved. Here are my order Ids if it helps diagnose the problem:

My question is: Could this possibly be an issue with BitInstant, or is that ALL on ZipZap? If it's ZipZap, please BitInstant please, stop using them eventually. They have caused problems for everyone - MoneyGram support staff and tech support and specialists are all tired of them, as well as CVS employees, and ME. I'm sure it's an issue you're already aware of, but I wanted to restate it just to emphasize how frustrating it is. The value is going up as I speak, and I should have had more BitCoins in my hand by now.

Thank you both for the quick turnaround on my issue. I just received my coins but they were not at the market value when i originally processed my order. I was given 2.487 coins. The price at the time of purchase was ~$156.00. In total i should have received 3.07 coins. Please open a ticket requesting the missing 0.583.

It looks like I was previously put on the list but I'm no longer on it -- have I been taken off of it? I still have no information on my order from 3/29, so it has now been 11 days. It's reassuring to see that you are dealing with other people here and they are reporting success, but it's still disconcerting to have had no direct contact with support 11 days after the transfer.

Thanks for your help, I hope your system gets ironed out soon so all this stress on both sides of the transaction can be relieved.

I used the M-prefixed account number and made my transaction on 3/29. Other people seem to have mentioned that the M-prefixed account # was causing errors, so I'm worried I made my transfer before they were accepted.
I was also unaware that the APIResponse was redeemable, so I didn't use it, and didn't disclose it to anybody besides BitInstant within 24 hours.

Can you try the GOX code?

I received my funds, however they were at today's market price. When I ordered 2 days ago, the market was $150 per coin, which should've gotten me about 2BTC. I only received 1.49. How do I start a ticket to get the difference back?

I did receive the CURRENT price for BTC on Mt.Gox weighted average. ~189/BTC.

However, my Quote and deposit were made on 4/7 at 4:45PM, at a weighted average of ~165/BTC.

I would like to start a ticket to make up for the difference in BTC, as per Charlie's statement that quotes are always honored at that price.

By my calculations, the deposit was short by .16 BTC.
