Yankee just finished my order.  Was scared for a second but all is good.  Just waiting now to see if I'm reimbursed for the amount of money I lost for not having it on time.

Got it, refund accepted, just let me know where to send it

Sent you that email charlie. Smiley

Ok cool, refreshing inbox now.

I responded to your PM as well.

Got it! Doing my best here!

That's the content of your responses.  Saying "I hear you" is not an answer.

Where is the money.  Give a transaction number.  Account number.  Being friendly is not an answer.

Our money is somewhere.  Tell us where.

You really need to read my posts, its such a shame that you dont.

I must have commented on your order like 2 times already lol

I'll make it easier, here is all my comments on your order in the past hour:

I gave you a transaction number and I told you where your money is. Don't say 'our' because this pertains to you.

Ok, so I'm supposed to believe that this isn't atroturfing?

In one hour a noob got their money and felt it necessary to post here?

So explain to me how this super-excited noob found this board?  You know how I found it?  By googling and trying to figure out if I had been scammed.

Previously, I had given you guys the benefit of the doubt.  Now it is clear to me that you are scamming on a sick level.

See my post above please, before you double post.

Our system shows the order processed, however when I check the Blockchain, it looks like Coinapult did not process it .

To all our support staff, it looks like it processed. They escalated it to me, but I did not see it yet.

No one is trying to hurt or scam you, why would we ruin our reputation for $400

I've already pinged Coinapult staff, but your BTC rate is already locked in so dont worry if the price goes up.

The reason this thread is longer is because URSAY is responding to every single person as of 2 days ago when we hired him.

Your first statement is false because we honor the price and give refunds from time of deposit, which Ive said countless times in this thread.

I appreciate your patience here, we're doing our best with this volume explosion that we've seen.

At the end of the day, we've never scammed anyone and don't intend to do so. We'd appreciate if you treat us with the same respect we treat you with.

Anyways, your order failed because someone tried manually processing a few times and it froze up.

I cancelled it and reprocess it without any fees.

Thanks

You guys seem to spend plenty of time posting to defend yourselves.  You have given me nothing but "We have your ticket."

Prove it.  Where is my money?

We spend our time defending ourselves when we need to be defended.

However at the end of the day, we just care about our customers being happy.

I just looked thru my PM's. I dont see any messages from you

Also, I dont have your Order information or name to look thru my emails.

Would you be so kind as to help me help you?

EDIT: After looking thru this thread I found your order.

I see it processed on April 3rd.

We got a Transaction ID from Counapult.

Transaction_id': u'515c59043fa78d37e8040faa'

Ill ping them now to see why it wasn't process on their end.

Yankee did you get my PM?

are you looking into my issue?

Yup, I already processed it. Do you see it?

I'm doing everything I can to help you, but having to come back here and constantly argue with you is not making things go faster.

We've been solving issues in this thread for 150 pages...don't you think that give us some decent credibility?  Smiley

By your own admission you are a 4-day employee.  You have as much insight into this company as I do.

I would disagree but you are entitled to your opinion.  Cheesy

A better response would be even the remotest idea of where my money is.

Look at my post above, because I commented on your Order 3 times already and in your PM.

I responded to your PM as well.

And when I say "I see it" I see my post and your answer, not my coins Smiley

are you looking into my issue?

Yes, it processed, can you confirm?

I see it! Thanks for finally resolving this!

Your welcome, sorry it took so long.

I am on an Internet forum talking to people that I genuinely have no idea if they have any relation to the company that I gave $500 to.  The "official" support email has returned nothing to me in three days.  The homepage and the blog have NO indication that anything at all is going on.

Forgive me if I am feeling funny or irate.  This isn't exactly the sort of thing that happens when you deal with a reputable company.

Actually, it is.

When such reputable company voluntary sets up a Support Thread so they can deal with...support.

Of course, when your processing thousands of orders a day, things will fail, hence the reason for this thread.

Have we scammed anyone? No
Do we lock in the rate? Yes
Do we pay for the fees? Yes

In this case, it wasnt even our fault, and were STILL honoring the rate.

Youve been patient, and I thank you for it.

No need to be brash with us, we have treated you with respect all along the way.

Regarding your internet comment: Our office is in NYC, you are free to stop by whenever you want! Many people do!  Grin

Charlie

Is there any word on my order?

Don't worry, let is go.

I think he realizes we are not a scam, he's just frustrated, but I would be as well if my money was in limbo for 3 days.

Hey whats up guys,

Investing into my first bitcoins today after debating for the past two weeks. Went through with it and used BitInstant to cash deposit USD by moneygram to a bitcoin address. The order has been completed on BitInstant (Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange, etc.)

22272abc-58b4-4fb1-b280-4862f752fc76 heres the quote ID.

My question is did I choose the wrong receive option? I noticed they had an option "Bitcoins to email" and would that have been better? Because won't the Bitcoin address I have only receive Bitcoins or will it convert those dollars into bitcoins automatically? Newb mistake I know, just curious.

I believe you received your funds.  I am seeing 11 confirms on your transaction.  Are you using Bitcoin-QT?  Maybe you just need to download the blockchain?  Smiley

Yeah I checked myself on blockchain.info and now have 12 confirmations, and I never didnt believe I'd receive the funds I trust BitInstant. Im using Bitcoin-Qt on mac, I think the issue is its still synching to network and my wallets are out of sync so once its synced it should show up I assume? thanks for quick response.

Ya you got it!  Cheesy

It's always wise to be patient with the blockchain.  You'll see what I mean as you continue using BTC.  Cheesy

Ok, so I'm supposed to believe that this isn't atroturfing?

Wait so they are scamming people here, inermae ? I'm confused, aer you bashing me because I'm a noob. I've been following BitCoins for 2 years just never made the jump to invest. I posted here because its a decent source of info.

I was just looking for some help, no ill will towards any and all.
