Transfer seems to have failed as I've not received funds 12ish hours after cash deposit. I'd like any help/support that anyone would be able to offer. Tried the support email but have yet to receive as much as an automated response.

I am getting this error when bitinstant forwards me to zipzap:

"We're sorry, but the daily order limit has been exceeded. Please try your order again tomorrow. If you have questions, please email us at [email protected]."

what gives?

I am trying to use BitInstant to purchase some bitcoins, but I'm facing (what I think is) a problem. I wanted to moneygram $103.95 (including the ZipZap fee), and when I tried to pay the cashier at CVS, he told me to only give him $100. Is this right, or did something mess up? The first time I tried to do this I paid the CVS cashier $103.95.

This order has failed. We've been having some issues with ZipZap's API response today.

I'm going to forward this to tech support where they can issue a manual transfer. This will likely get processed tomorrow since it is the end of the day now. For future reference, it's best to contact support at the BitInstant website. Thank you!
I received an email from zip zap saying I had a successful payment so why would I contact them?

I have two problems.

I have been having problems for 7 days attempting to receive my bitcoins.

2 co workers along with myself bought 3 transfers of bitcoins to be sent to two seperate addresses.

Two of the payments were said to go through, but blockchain.info only shows one. Please help as I have received only one message from support 3 days ago, saying I would be taken care of. it has been 7 days.

Customer made 3 duplicate payments in the amount of 503.95 and only 2 have posted. will you please look into this.

Your first 3 orders, the last did not process because you did 3 of the same orders, same amount, and same address so they got caught in our fraud filter. I will process them now.

You second order failed because of todays API issue. We will explain what happend later on, right now were processing the orders that failed.

Hi. I'm having some trouble with my bitcoin transfer with BitInstant. I'm trying to transfer it to my wallet (Blockchain) from a money gram and it's been over an hour and a half now. The status on the order on Bitinstant just says loading. Could someone please help me?

AND OH AND TODAY..... A SEPARATE ISSUE... After not receiving my 500$ transaction for 7 days.. I assumed it would be safe to just put another 500$ through and I would change the other amount of 500 for cash when it was resolved.

I NOW HAVE TWO PENDING ISSUES WITH BITINSTANT TOTALING 1000$?

THIS (JAN 30TH) TRANSACTION HAS BEEN "loading" FOR A FEW HOURS AS WELL

It's a wee bit inconvenient, and maybe support hours should be more obvious on the site... HOWEVER from the limited experience I had today with support, I would say it's more comforting to talk to these awesome people over someone in a 3rd world country making .05/hr.

I deposited cash approximately 5 hours ago, for it to pay to bitcoin address.  My order status now shows "Order Execution Failed."  This is all new to me, and I'm not having a very easy first experience.  Any help would be appreciated.  I've already emailed support about 45 minutes ago, and still have not received a response. Hoping they respond soon.

Seems there has been some problems today and it's not just me. I do hope this will be resolved soon as I'm kind of on a time schedule here. I've used bit instant many times in the past and it has always been well... instant! Shit Happens! Looks like it will probably be resolved tomorrow at this point.
