Good Morning,
Most of your orders failed because they got stuck in our double spend fraud filter.
Everyone knows we are not a scam, so to those who cried scam 15 times, alot of times its likely user error.
We always refund the fees and honor pricing.
Good Morning All,
Anyone know how long it usually takes for the coins to show up in your wallet after bit"INSTANT" it is "processed" according to customer service?
Hey, whats your Order ID?
Account Number: 769723230
Amount: $200 + $3.95 zipzap fee
Hey, I see this processed normally
http://blockchain.info/address/1JAwkkAWx4xbZpjs7LZMcncBvtVTErEJg15ed7f0ac-2a8f-4bf5-8381-69fb0e929dc7 This order was made 1/30. It was processed and received to day Feb 1. Took over two days. I made a deposit for $100.00 (after paying zipzap fees) I received something around $95ish, on top of getting coins at Feb 1 Prices.
ad6ee1e4-dd86-476d-ad0b-31c3eb72aaa8 This order was made Feb 1. It was processed marked as "complete" and under events and in email was told funds were sent wallet. Once talking to live chat I was told it got stuck in a "double filter" and would have be manually processed one business day later. So now I will get the coin who knows when, at who knows what price again.
Both times were never even remotely my fault. I sent in an email to at least get some fees back but Have not heard anything back.
These were my first two transactions with bitinstant very frustrating to say the least!!
Scam site!!! Use more reputable ways of getting coin!!!
You're talking about a couple of bucks. Your order wasn't in the millions of Dollars. (live support)
Thats their attitude to stealing from me. Acknowledge it and its no big deal its just a couple bucks lol!
Hold my money and give me coin at current price nice squeeze!!!!
Guys email Zipzap they have told me they are investigating bitinstant and seem very motivated to correct this clusterfuck!
Hey, relax please. No need to flip out. We are a reputable company and everyone knows that we are.
Of course we will refund the fees and process the orders. We also honor the BTC price we quote you.
Let us process this second order for you, and then we will refund the fees.
Next time, send me a PM if you can't wait for normal support channels.
Thanks
Yankee,
Just sent you a pm !
but this is the information for my lost order from 9 days ago. There was one of two orders for 503.95 that made it through for the same amount to address 1AstYS7FTqSSYVBNh6hNvmRXTMAX3zAgP6.
Of the three orders, two were going to that address. I can't remember which two out of these three it is though.
Thank you!! Please send all funds, from order in PM and this order to address: 1Edn1nVCvmGqUCNxDGVV1WbM7kJkMbmKNR

Processing now!
I, like the person above me, am curious how BitInstant is going to handle the extreme delay from order placement to order execution. I saw that Yankee indicated that fees would be refunded but I have heard nothing else on the matter. By my calculations, I lost ~1.43 Bitcoins as a result of the delay and would like to hear a reason why I should consider BitInstant the next time I would like to do a currency exchange.
Having said all that, I am very impressed at the customer service provided by BitInstant via this forum.
I know I sent my last message on Friday and I likely won't hear anything until Monday on the fee / exchange rate refunds, but based on the recent feedback I'll be looking for another source for BTC in the future. Getting your coins "instantly" isn't worth the hassle that the company has been having lately. I've pretty much written off my $30 loss due to exchange rate.
Here are a couple of other options I'm looking into (with cash deposits at local banks) in case anyone else is looking to try something new:
https://www.ziggap.comhttps://bitcopia.comOf course, we have your information, we just have not processed the refunds on those yet as were still investigating. If you absolutely need the coins now, I'd be happy to do it now. Just send me a PM.
Companys staff are liars.
Said they would refund the fee's of my transaction multiple times in multiple emails
almost a week latter no response after the fact that they said they would..
not cool.

Placed order a month and a half ago. Had some infrequently emailing with Rachel to no avail. Still haven't gotten any funds.
Hey, I see this was processed. Can you confirm
About 5 hours ago I made a cash deposit using Bitinstant through ZipZap. The address associated with my OKPay wallet was supposed to be the destination for those funds. Alarmingly enough though, I've yet to receive anything even though my order appears to have already obtained the 6 confirmations required (according to Blockchain) prior to the funds being available. In fact, I believe the funds are indeed allocated to the address used in my transaction order, but since OKPay is an e-wallet, I don't have the first clue as to where I could find the Private Key associated with that address and therefore my hands are tied. I am unsure if this whole cluster-f*$ck is due to an issue with OKPay, Bitinstant, or worse yet, that something screwy is going on and my funds have been hijacked somehow. I'm unsure the latter is even really possible, but when I can't access the cash I get wary.
Can someone help me understand what's going on? To me, it seems more likely to be an issue with OKPay, but I don't really know. If need be, my Bitinstant info used to make the deposit in question is:

Hey, as I mentioned in a PM to you. This was processed 100% normally. We have no idea about OKPay and we can't give you support on their wallet.

OrderID: 6eb7aff9-873a-4a0a-b631-1e65f36fdbaf
I put this in the mt. gox field, 1CadY6jiA6Vo2A32PbEnRvL2FvMQPLA2uR, and thats the wallet ID i meant to send the coins to.
Thanks!
No problem, do you want us to send you coins or process to a MtGox account?
Bike rode all the way to CVS to find out that bitinstant didn't work and everyone was looking at me like a retard because of me asking for bitcoins
Hey, didnt you start on BitInstant.com ? You get a slip on our website and hand it to the teller. At no point should you ever tell the teller what your buying. This is privacy.
All these problems is making me want to turn to another method of cash >>> bitcoin.
I made another two transactions for the same amount (303.95) and the second transaction didn't go through because it was the same amount as the first. The order is marked as "order successful" but the blockchain doesn't show up as sent. Now bitcoin prices are going down and im losing a bunch of money.
Hey, no you are not losing money. As always promised, we send you the BTC at time of sale.
Probably got caught in our double spend fraud filter. Please email me your Order ID or PM.
HEY YANKEE i put 2 transfers through this morning.
one for 503.95this one made it
one for 502.95 this one is still not in wallet.

Fraud filter, processing now.
Hello BitInstant Support,
I made two cash deposit transactions through Moneygram back to back with differing amounts and the emails I received contained no redeemable MtGox codes in either email.
The first order ID is "OrderID: 0e60cd29-3b15-4e45-9d83-b7bbac857f29" and the second is "OrderID: 90ffd544-5e39-44e0-abdc-869ac5eaa4b2".
Please help!
Hey, I see both codes were emailed to you at time of order. Have you checked again?
I had a good experience last time. Can you guys please check in to what happened with it this time? I got an e-mail from ZipZap about a successful transfer but not a single e-mail from bitinstant.com about anything at all and nothing from coinapult.
I don't even have an order Id just quote Id and event Id. Here is the quote Id.

Hey, I see your order processed fine and I have your link. Did you get it?
UPDATE: I also just received my bitcoins via two new e-mails for my two orders! I couldn't be more impressed with the service at a time like this, to be honest. Kudos to BitInstant, and thanks!
I guess that answers my question
Thanks all for your patience and support
