We have thousands of happy customers that know we do everything and beyond for them. This includes yourself. I didn't even look at your order information before I offered you to refund all the fees. We value every customer big or small and want to keep everyone happy.

This is almost laughable... The professional thing to do would be to obtain my PayPal information from my order information. I have provided you order id information and ticket numbers which with less than 5 minutes of work all contain the information you need to complete this tx (my PayPal address) and even posted my PayPal address in at least 1 post here in this thread dealing with you. Now you tell me in plain English that you haven't even looked at my order information (which I have posted more than once) and you cop an attitude with me when it's YOUR company that's made the mistake here.

Hey, we just ran out of BTCe funds again.

Let me explain how it works!

First, go to BTC-e.com and on the bottom right you can see our reserves, currently at 0 which is why it failed. Further, this order will be processed as soon as we have reserves. If you are using our system thru the API software, it would have rejected the transaction. We are rolling out a new glitch that will not allow transfers to take place if we have no reserves as well!

Let me know if you want to wait, or a refund.

Again, Im sorry about this and were looking into it, I should have an answer within a few days after the Devs see why this happened to you.

Implying you have no idea what the problem is or whether it's fixed, yet you still advise me to go and try to make another transfer to prove the first two errors were merely a fluke...

You are never forced to use us!

Recommend me alternative service that transfers money from btc-e/mt gox/dwolla codes to paypal and I will be happy to give them a try.

You clearly STILL have not thoroughly read my posts. Between my TWO transactions, I was shorted $3.12 not "$1".

I did, and I've checked every single other transfer and I don't see this anywhere else, thats why this is appaling.

We've been doing Paypal for almost a year now, others would have noticed this as well and we could have fixed it, so obviously its not malicious.

As your customers (the base of the bitcoin economy) we already pay fees at every turn (mining pool fees, exchange trading fees, exchange withdrawal fees, exorbitant fees to have BitInstant process a coupon and send money to our paypal accounts) for those of us who don't mine 15 BTC a day the fees become overwhelming. Another $3+ between two transactions in two days that we aren't expecting to pay and no one can explain what happened is simply unacceptable.


I agree, and we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible. Again, we are not doing this on purpose. We barely make 1% on these TX's. Most of the fees go to VirWox and Paypal. You are never forced to use us!

Again, Im sorry about this and were looking into it, I should have an answer within a few days after the Devs see why this happened to you.

After the first time I didn't get the full amount I DID give your service a second try and was shorted again. Since then I have made multiple contacts to your support department and have been ignored forcing me to come here and deal with you who can't even be bothered to take the time and give my posts more than a passing glance as he fights with forum trolls. Now you think I should go give it a third try when I still have not received my remaining balance (you say you'll hook up remaining balance + fees, I've already given you all the information you'd need to do such a thing and yet I have received nothing), you've given me no explanation as to how the error occurred and until I came in here today your customer service dept went AWOL on me...?

Also, I never accused you of scamming me but the money went somewhere. If it didn't reach me and it didn't reach VirWox there's only 1 other party left in this equation.

Also recognize that it's not the amount missing that is my complaint, but if you continue to take an extra $1.56 off of every transaction those numbers will eventually add up.

I think Bitinstant support is a joke, but the companies integrity is mostly intact through this transaction.

Its pretty damn clear how your customer support is a joke. You guys never even responded via livechat, support@bitinstant, or the emergency phoneline. I had to signup for this forum to get any recognition and even then it was 24hrs per reply.

You have no reason to assume I'm spamming. Thats a shitty defensive mechanism and you need to stop. This was not an isolated incident and you fucking know it.

I am NOT using BitInstant again and will discourage others from doing so until I receive a reasonable explanation as to why money appears to be being "shaved" off of each transaction, I receive my remaining balance in it's entirety and I am assured that the issue has been taken care of.

Is it possible to add BitCoin to a website such as PayPal where you buy something and you get it straight away after transaction has been made for example lets say you're paying for some coins or something on a game and if you pay via paypal you get the coins straight after the transaction has been made how can I create something like that?

I don't want to trash your idea, but trading BTC directly for PayPal rarely ends well. The forum is ripe with horror stories of people buying/selling BTC for PayPal and then the person with the PP account cancels the charges once the coins have been traded.
