Hey Yankee, I messaged you a week ago about this order failure, order ID 7661b00f-bb53-4efe-b694-3d4daacc5461 and you said it was processed, yet I still haven't received an email, also a second order failure, 02a338ed-dd66-446a-97cd-e66ad401e59e, which I tried to alert support about a couple days ago and have not heard anything.

Just some general questions.  On the front page it says:

"limits 500 for all transfers, 1000 for cash bank deposits, 2000 per per day, minimal order 20"

I assume these are $ limits?  Is that "per per" a typo?  I don't understand what the limits are.  I can do 4 separate transfers of $500 per day?  Or I can do 2 separate $1000 bank deposits per day?  I can do one $1000 bank deposit and 2 separate transfers of $500 in a day?  I noticed that ZipZap has a limit of $1000 cash deposit to a local store.  Is a ZipZap deposit classified as a Bank deposit?

Are these limits because of FinCEN rules?

Yes, thats a typo, thanks!

Yes, you can do 4 tx's up to 2k per day. Some stores allow $1000, but its up to their discretion so we say to be safe only do $500 so you dont go to the store and get turned away.

On the second order, you selected MtGox instead of Bitcoin Address.

If you check the order confirmation email, there is a MtGox code in there. If you want, I can take the code and convert it into BTC for you

Hello I made a purchase for Bitcoins on Dec 2nd and Dec 3rd. However i only received my coins from dec 2 never the 3rd. I had given up all hope with the email support but was told more help was available on here.

I don't want it processed; I need the $2424 refunded to my Dwolla account, not the BTC address.  The address was not mine; it was of a guy who was selling me items but ended up selling them to someone else.  
I got in touch with the would-have-been-seller (mining4fun11) and he returned the funds to me (despite the recent scammer tag).  No action needed on BitInstant's part anymore.

Ok cool. However I promised fees returned. Let me know where to send them.

What gives yankee? Sad I'm making a single deposit a day, not multiple. I could see if I was doing multiple a day why it would stop one from being instant. I just like to know what's going on when my coins take more than a day to get to me especially when it's a problem that hasn't been identified yet.

This is almost laughable... The professional thing to do would be to obtain my PayPal information from my order information. I have provided you order id information and ticket numbers which with less than 5 minutes of work all contain the information you need to complete this tx (my PayPal address) and even posted my PayPal address in at least 1 post here in this thread dealing with you. Now you tell me in plain English that you haven't even looked at my order information (which I have posted more than once) and you cop an attitude with me when it's YOUR company that's made the mistake here.


Hey, no the professional thing to do would be to ask you which I did twice. There are two locations to give you a refund.

Refund = Sending funds back to the original location. Your original location is BTCe, if I had sent it there, you would have came back here and trolled me more.

Thanks for the quick service. And the explanation. I'm Btce chatadmin and so help others. So when I could cancel my code, was it caused by MtGox being out of reserves? How can you tell MtGox is out of reserves, and do you have an approximate ETA on the new improved version?
