Where can I reach someone? I'm not going to post my private order details on a public forum.

How can I use your "live chat?"
I have to get going I can't hang around all day a forum trying to get my money. Can you please check your email and take care of this already? You say 1 hour "instant" but it's been more than half a day, no response to email no live chat even exists and nobody answers your phone. I sent a message yesterday through your "live chat" when it was obvious there was a problem.

You need to add money to your bitstamp account and then process all the failed transactions!
So I get a response from "Rachael" to the newer not important messages. But message from yesterday relating to the missing funds are not replied to. I once again contact [email protected]. Please explain when the situation of only $39 in your bitstamp account will be solved. Please don't bill me your fees because transfer was "guaranteed" 1 hour.

Please don't post three messages!

If there is an issue, please PM me your Order ID and I will resolve it, or wait for support to respond to you

I paid for coins (I already received, that was not the issue) but I wanted to  look at the receipt so that next time I know what information to give you in case anything happens, I am autistic and sometimes i dont understand things right away so i write it down and keep notes a lot.

I placed a transfer to bitstamp and I got an email like "Order succeed" "API Error: No funds in account"

I call and no answer. I go to "live chat" and it says "You will get email response." You are active here on the forum yesterday and today but you don't respond to email?

Hey, Im not the one who responds to email. We have a support team who will respond asap (Monday is a little backed up from the weekend)

I already created a thread for this before I saw this customer support thread.  My issue is summarized below.  Basically I paid and was confirmed by zipzap, but the coins are nowhere to be found, and BitInstant never sent me an Order ID so I don't have that information.  Please help my email address is gpfarrow@gm***.com and I sent 500.  Hope that helps.

"I hope I did everything right.  I started a transaction with BitInstant.  I went through the process and chose "send to bitcoin address".  I used my address for my coinbase.com account.  I was given info to send via moneygram.  I went to the store and sent 500 to zipzap.  Got an e-mail confirmation from ZipZap that money was received.  I never received one piece of e-mail from BitInstant.  No confirmation when I started the order, nothing when I completed it.  It's been about 40 hours since ZipZap confirmed receipt and I don't see the bitcoins anywhere.  I don't know my order number as BitInstant never e-mailed me anything.  BitInstant isn't responding to e-mails and their live chat does not work.  Can someone help me?  This is my first time doing this.  I hope I didn't do something wrong.  That's a lot of money just to disappear..."

I did bitinstant to coinapult. I got the bit instant confirmation email but still no coins. This was 12 hours ago.

Sent funds about 12 hours ago through moneygram to a bitcoin address. Sent a pm earlier and was told i would be processed very soon. 7 hours later still havent received my coins and theres still no record of it being sent in blockchain. Could you guys please give me an update as soon as you can. Im not trying to be a pain in the ass but I was really counting on getting my coins today because I have to be able to use them tomorrow(monday).
