Hello Yankee, I recieved an email back from support about my issue, but it has not been resolved. We figured out the problem, which was that I put the incorrect email address that they were supposed to be sent to in. I have provided the correct address but have not heard back in a few days now. I would like it if they could be sent to a new address altogether. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

I guess I need to be more specific, when will it be like before where everything was automatic and we didn't have post on here and email anyone about our orders?

So any new payments aren't instant anymore like it was before?

We always aim to make payments as rapid as possible but do at times experience technical problems which can cause delays - should this effect you then get in touch and we will always rectify the issue.

You see 1-2 orders a day that fail here, however we process over 250 orders every day.

hi i did not save my order id number and i have not received my funds in my btw-e account i did a money gram trough Walmart and had the funds sent to by btc-e account and received a email from zipzap saying that the payment was successful however 6 hrs later i still have no funds i have sent an email to your support but no reply yet i am just looking for some help with what is happing with my funds.

Hi Yankee, I recently purchased bitcoins through Bitinstant and requested that they be send via email to me. I have a tormail email account that they are supposed to be sent to but have not recieved them. Not sure what's up and I don't know where to find my OrderID to track the progress. Apparently that isn't the case, I guess mines was the 1-2 that happened to fail,which ironically is what I asked about.

I finally  got verified through Dwolla and I tried to do a transaction ( 094ae49c-111a-44d1-864a-3e9b2678795e) but I am getting Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate. The funds do show as "sent" in my Dwolla account.

I've got a couple of transaction ID's I hoped you could take a look at.

and

Both were deducted from my Dwolla account but they are showing a Dwolla verification error and transaction failure.

The other day I did a BitInstant bitcoin-to-email transaction for ~12BTC. When I went to retrieve my payload from the email BitInstant sent me it displayed the proper BTC, I typed in my email (the same one that I initially had the coins sent to) as well as the pin. Once I clicked send, it brought me to the main page for sending coins with "Funds sent" displayed

4 days later I have yet to get that email and I'm left with no coins, no support from Coinapult, and a good deal less money in my bank.

Today I clicked the old retrieval link (which now says that I have 0BTC), typed in the same address and old pin as a test. The same "Funds sent" page displayed and I received my 0 BTC shortly afterwards. That my money has now magically disappeared, and that it worked when I sent nothing makes me extremely suspicious.

I understand this might be more an issue with Coinapult than BitInstant, but since Coinapult hasn't responded to any of my attempts to contact them, I was hoping that as a partner there is something that could be done on your part, whether contacting them or otherwise. I don't have many other options and I really would just like my money.

Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated and ensure my business in the future.

I made a large transaction with bitinstant yesterday, it was an MT GOX Code to Paypal transfer, I've used bitinstant this way many times with no problems in the past with no problems but 24hrs later and I've still not had a deposit made to paypal.
