Geno's cheesteaks?  Make you a deal... I come over there,  work for 4 hours assembling your stuff.... and I get my miner ...  with the extra 6th board.  Also... I get to take photos and report on your operation.

That is quite a reasonable deal you're offering.

A couple hours to get to Philly... but hey... it might be a fun thing to do!

Thank you AMT for the update and for not bashing your customers. I can't speak for others but I would much rather see you succeed than the alternatives.

If I could I would be there in a heart beat as small scale production manufacturing is what I do. But sadly I am on the west coast and have my own 7 day a week gig that requires my constant attention to keep my customers happy.

I wish you the best of luck but we are all very nervous and we will all feel better when reports of tracking #'s start surfacing.

Hey Guys,

If you want some info on the company or something all you have to do is ask. No need to snoop around the internet/neighborhood like investigative detectives.

Again, we are shipping, we're understaffed and can use help from this community to be the company you guys need us to be. We're not sitting around mining with your rigs, we're just trying to get them out the door as fast as possible ad using everyone to do so. Customer service and sales is slipping because of that.

We need help from local guys from this forum that will help assemble, right now we're only getting 10-25 units out a day, we can build/assemble and ship faster if we get some help. Compensation will be given of course.

Finding bitcoin hardware savy minded people is hard enough and taking the time to teach people how to run cgminer / test boards / assemble units, slows us down. We're finding our pace and things are speeding up, but again this thread is just getting worse and worse.

Having someone monitor and deal with just this thread seems like a full time job - So if someone out there would like to be official AMT thread monitors and relay back with AMT - we're open to that as well. Compensation will be given of course.

Delays are due to labor issues and lack of staff. We've said this several times. After giving extra modules, and coming in on an at cost of sale if not over basis. our funds are tight, and payments for overtime quick turn pcb production is brutal - therefore assembly staff  on weekends and at time and half are running things quit thin.

This thread has both a positive and negative impact on sales. Some of the forum members seem to have made a hobby out trying to make us look bad, but really that's fine, we're not upset about it. Staying at the top of this section is actually a good thing, good or bad.

We don't want to be like Hashfast, or BFL - we don't want people to loose money and this community has the power to help us become the best company in america. But no great american company became great without the right people and staff.

Strength in numbers men.

So again - any locals with a pair of hands or a set of wits that wants to help (and get some payment for it) please email [email protected]

Payment can be in BTC/USD under the table -  as well as free daily Cheeseteaks with or without.

Not a single person has popped up to say that they received a miner, even with 15-20 a day one of them would go to a forum member. It takes five seconds to snap a decent picture, much less time than it takes you to stage the photos depicting your operations so poorly that nobody can see anything going on.

Also, you just publicly offered to break the law and pay someone under the table... Sheesh.

I would like to see someone go help you, someone with the slightest amount of professionalism could answer any of the questions from this thread and alleviate all concerns in a day.

However, I will need a place to stay. Anyone there I can bunk with?

Just got an email from Jim. They've been shipping and will be posting some pictures on the news section of their website this weekend. Let's all take a minute and calm down.

They have been saying this for a couple of months. a couple of weeks ago they said they had shipped up to order 500 but clearly that was not true. Until we start hering reports on here of actual customers receiving actual tracking numbers I can only assume this is more bullshit.

P.S. No need to figure-out how to make the extra 6th bonus board work in that one case... Just send us two cases with 3 modules each... Works for me! (Rather than 6 inside one case.) Also gets rid of your smaller PSU's that you have laying around. I'll still wait for the other design, if you have that coming. I'll take a 2.4THs unit with less modules, so it matches the 1.5THs bonus. Tongue

P.P.S. Sell upgrade modules separately. I'll Fill the missing spaces if you do that. Instant future sales!

Maybe they can give the bonus board and forget the case!  Do it the BitMine way!

The only saving grace at this time is that if they deliver by next week,  the units will fetch more than $6,000 on eBay.

If they don't ship this Month,  then consider a 50% loss on the original investment.

Don't forget, a few purchases are from guys working for the government.

This will not go good for AMT if those guys get burned. (Not that I think they will.)

I, myself, do not work for the government. However, both my parents do. One for the Navy, one for the IRS. Both have also worked for the US-Postal service at times. (Ok, the postal-service is not a horribly strong entity, but it is protected/run by the federal government.)

This will be an interesting few weeks ahead.

Remember, they have been operating for years from the same location. I am sure that if something was honestly askew, they would have been busted by now. Scammers usually don't operate from the same location for years. They move around, to avoid capture. They usually don't dig down and root themselves to one location, for easy capture. Tongue

Bitmine.ch (Coincraft) is having similar design issues. That too, is also curbing my advancement on moving forward for a refund. I made a purchase to get a machine. If I wanted to just hold my coins, I would have just held them. We all would have. Tongue

If I were them, I would give the refunds, just because the people buying machines now, are buying 1.2THs machines, without the bonus-boards. They would be saving themselves from having to throw bonus-boards into your orders, and buying more time to build that machine. Since the new-order that would be your actual refund, would be a lot-higher number in the list.

Not only that, but it gets our orders bumped-up on the list. Tongue

That's my business-outlook.

P.P.S. Sell upgrade modules separately. I'll Fill the missing spaces if you do that. Instant future sales!

P.P.P.S. Are you making sure there is an adequate +5v load on the PSUs? Without that, some PSUs can't regulate the +12v rail correctly. Might be the source of some of your power issues. (A 5W wire-wound resistor or just try using an old CD-Drive for a load on +5v. That will put a load on the +5v rail for the PSU. To test it.) If that is the issue, buy some 5v fans for cooling. 1A worth, instead of 12v fans. That or a 5v light for inside the case.

Small claims court information:

http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/free-books/small-claims-book/chapter9-2.html

PA has a $12,000 monetary limit in small claims court, meaning that is the maximum you can be awarded if you win. This leaves anyone that has pre-ordered more than 2 miners, out of luck.

Only for small claims. Not for civil or criminal complaints in regular court.
