Also,

What do you guys think about financing? Like, lets say your in the 620 and above range, and you could finance our th/s miners, would that be something you guys would be interested in? Just throwing that one out there, we'd like to get an opinion from the community on that one.

I don't understand what you are talking about.

Maybe you need to be more specific here.

If you could finance our miners, backed by visa/discover financing, at a 4% - 8% interest rate, with your choice of 6, 12, 18, or 24 month installments, and the possibility (depending on your score) to have 0% APR and no money down for the first 6 months, would that be something you guys might find worth wild.

Interesting but ...

How about rolling a few dozen 1.2 off the assembly line first.

Well that's the idea. And then launch this platform among a few other things. Just getting a feel to see if its worth the time to set up in full.

I agree !  Lets get some units on the street.  I will order more once i know you guys are delivering.

What happened to the tower vs rack mount option.  At what point do we get a choice?  Also can you provide more info if there are differences between the cases.  Seems like there are ship dates being thrown out there but you never got us details on this....

We're just shocked at this point, that we're reverting back to if we are real or not, but really its w/e.

Hey either way its actually good for sales. So we had paused the ads yesterday to restructure the campaign and forgot to start them today and we just realized it. Although 6 paid orders came in today from guys that called which read this forum and called to inquire if we're real or not,  and even one 1 walk-in ordered 2 x 1.2th's, he wrote a check after talking for a few minutes.

So, thank you trolls.

Seriously though 1.2's are shipping next week.

Restructure the campaign? Is that a fancy way of saying, updating the website?

AMT, this has been your PR thus far:

Introduction of AMT

Josh demos the bitfury based board
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWBgz0Mbx20

That's it folks!

http://www.crunchbase.com/person/joshua-zipkin

You know, for someone that has this much credentials on their online resume/profile - you really don't instill much confidence in me with how you've conducted anything.

You're lame ass video demo of the board wasn't technical or informative at all. I especially love this quote from you: "Here you can see the bitfury chips running perfectly, smoothly, sexy..." (cringe)

You're introduction video about AMT smacks of 'lack of professionalism'. Let's just say, I'd be hard pressed to pull you into a conference room to help me sell someone on a product.

Still waiting on those photos, Josh!

perhaps.... it could potentially get lots of new miners into the community and possible help others wanting bigger miners.

All you have to do is clear up the discrepencies. Why won't you post your PA business registration?

Seriously though 1.2's are shipping next week.

Isn't that what you said 2 weeks ago?

Hoping to get the first AMT1.2's shipped by Friday.

'hoping' and 'seriously' are two different expressions of certainty.

Hello all,

This is my first post.  My order number is 1051 for two AMT 1200 - 1.2Th/s Coin Miners.  I purchased them on 12/13/2013.  I just spoke with Adv. Miners directly.  They expect the machines to be available next week.   I am looking to sell at my cost, $11,998.

Best of luck with that. $12,000 will get you 2.4 TH/s from other manufacturers.

Best of lucky finding a manufacturer that can ship you 2.4 Th/s by April.
At the current price of BTC (US$674), an Antminer S1 will set up back $981.34 and will do 200GH/s poolside at 2J/GH. You'll need to buy your own power supply, so don't forget to budget in ~$50 for that. They're also in stock and will arrive less than a week after you order.

So really, you're looking at having to spend $12250-$12500 in order to be able to be hashing at 2.4TH/s possibly by the end of this week, maybe the start of next week. Those AMT ones are still going to be a few hundred dollars cheaper.

Interesting.  Where can you get an Antminer for $981?

The Technobit systems are at $1500 for 260 GHs.... so its also at the same price range as AMT.  Only problem is they ship from Europe.

The most bank for the buck obviously are the Cointerra at $6000 for 1.8GHs... however.... good luck getting early delivery on those.
Direct from the manufacturer, BTC1.45 each. They usually take a couple days to ship and a couple days to arrive, in my experience.
https://bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=00020140107162747992Ce5uBuxW06D6

The Technobit systems are $1500 ($5.77 per GH/s), but not scheduled to ship for 5 weeks. No one is giving power numbers for those at the moment either, the only people using them are reporting needing 40A on the 12V rail to run at 260GH/s, but I can't imagine they're really that bad. We'll see soon.

hi all
just want to chip in on the info about amt
i personally went down to their office back in jan 13 building e1 took me awhile to find the place since i was not familiar with the area
but regardless i was there in person and had a talk with josh , at the time he was putting together a custom unit for someone out in cali .
so just want to throw it out there  i was at the location talking to him for roughly around 2 hr bout the company and other stuff but at the end of it all i did
put an order in for a few 1.2 units on the site it said it'll take 6 weeks for the order but just track it still said processing but still have 2 more week but josh told me that it might be
earlier since they pretty much got their process up to speed so hopefully i get a call from them that the order is ready to be picked up
i will call them sometime next week to check on the order with someone and see hows it goin....will keep you guys posted

Finally! Someone who has actually claimed to have been at AMT recently and not some groupy that says "see photos? It must be real because there is a photo". Why is it so hard to find? I had someone go check out the place and they said they found the place but didn't find AMT.

You are an idiot for trusting your guy.  Besides... are you even a customer of AMT?

I really don't know how to respond to that one without dropping down a few points on the IQ scale... however I will say to your question, yes, and based on you are trying to get a 5% discount and trying to sell your miner for above retail prices when the market is about to get flooded with miners lets your actions speak for themselves. I wish you the best of luck on that. I, however, am in this for the long haul, being that I have worked with bitcoin for a few years now and it hasn't failed me yet, even with the ups and downs.

Yeah right... posting from a newbie account.

Why do you even bother trolling here if you aren't even a customer?

Let's do some math to see how much AMT makes per unit.

Case, power supply and logic board - $500.

40 coincraft a1 chips at $90 a piece ... $3,600.

Total $4,100 .... list price... $6,000 not bad...  $1,900 profit per system.

Nice lucrative business!

More like:

Cost of Materials - $4,100
Cash collected per miner- $6000
Making 100% profit from not delivering miners - PRICELESS
