When you run a platform like yours you need to make sure to answer to your customers on the main forums threads related to your business !

I have talked in private with Raphael a few times and he seems a nice guy but it's normal to seem a nice guy when you run such a business !
You ANSWER fast to your customers ! If the problem is that they are bugging on the migration then may be it is best to say they are...
Yes, I agree with you here, a quick word would be good. However, since they haven't already said something, I suspect it should be up and running any time now. Regardless, I do think they are doing their best at the moment. Hopefully there won't be grave repercussions and they won't repeat this stunt another time.

They will learn in time that PR is #1 concern for any "'respectable" business !
Soon many exchanges will offer better than they do and they will regret not having taken enough care of their early customer...

I disagree, you can talk all you want but give me something that works. BTC users are much more savvy and spewing BS and fancy terms will never out way reviews from users.
I'm saying they should update us on datelines ! not to fancy talk us ... wtf ?

Exactly, yes they should have planned this better, but right now they should be spending their time getting it up and running.

Realistically there never is going to be a good day to migrate, but a warning and better planning was needed. All I can do is pray that the price is fairly stable until it is back up.

Ok so a professional platform (seeing how much you are earning each day with our fees, you should really consider yourself to be one of those) should be able to give us an ETA on account accessibility !
