Which of the Bitcoin wallets between the Online and Offline works best?
All of the two (online and offline wallets) is the bests for me because I'm using the two. Offline wallet- I used it for saving or holding my bitcoin for more secure because I owned the private key and thei developers can' know it. Online wallet- I know online is not secure because you don't owned your private key, so in our country, I am using it for withdrawing, cashouting, or converting my bitcoin into my local currency.

I would say that Offline wallet works better but as long as you keep your private keys, your Bitcoin is still safe, you don't need to worry much about that. 
I always use online wallets. In any case, I have several of them to minimize the risks from possible problems. I'm sure that offline wallet is more vulnerable to hackers than e-wallets. It is much harder to monitor the safety of our computers than do whole teams of online companies.
I agree because I'm also accustomed to trust my fiat to government financial institutions. This also applies to bitcoin because humans always have deficiencies in preserving valuables, but right now I tend to be interested in using trezor because the sensitivity level is reliable.

Both are the same depending on your needs. If you want to store bitcoin in long term you can use offline wallet and if you often use bitcoin then use online wallet

If you are longing for long term and you have lots of bitcoins on your possesion then offline or hardware wallets would be the best storage for your bitcoin which it can somehow avoid or decrease the risk on getting lost of those coins. If you are an active bitcoin user then just put the sufficient amount that you do make transactions and all the rest into the offline wallet. I want to say that Online wallet is a Best. I like to use Online wallet. because of i am a gambler and crypto trader.so why i have to make a lot of transaction in one day. so blockchain wallet is best wallet for me. I am using this wallet for a long time.Offline wallet is good for store bitcoin not for daily transaction. again i will say i love online wallet although its has some risk.

Im using both, offline and online works for me.
Online wallet for my everyday transaction and just storing small value.
And offline wallet acts as my savings like I store here my life savings.

i don't trust in online wallets because i don't want the online wallet service to steal my funds, it's very risky and the best way to keep your funds safe is offline wallets.
Blockchain as an online wallet s fine but online wallet re hot wallets, you should use them only for daily transactions and never keep significant BTC amount there. Offline, lots of choices, Armoury, Electrum, hardware wallets. These last ones are the best option.

Basically there are no works best, all of them online and offline bitcoins wallet are works well, everything depend on the user's bitcoins they can choose the bitcoins wallets that more suitable with them and the most secure, easy to be used, the fetures be needed for bitcoins transaction include the ability of user's bitcoins taking risk losing the bitcoins, if something bad happen on the bitcoins wallet (hacking, losing private key)
I prefer using both the wallets.

I don't think there's a need for all of us repeating the same thing in each of ours different way. As the term itself explains the whole thing itself that something which is offline is safe from all of types of attacks from the internet be it hacking or virus or any other one so obviously offline wallet is the best for storing large quantity of bitcoins but if you have insignificant amount of it and also which you are required to spend from time to time, you can store them in online wallets.

For me I use online walley like coinbase, coins.ph , and blockchain and this three wallet is very safe for me I did not experienced any interruption and any distruction and My bitcoin is safe. I also used before offline wallet but now I used only online wallet. I like online wallet because they have 2fa that gives in yout wallet sa safety from the hacker. For sure what wallet you think is safe online or offline?
2FA is nothing once a web wallet turned into fraud. Im not saying that those big web wallets today will turned into shit but we can't take away the chance of that to happened. History speaks or the usual "we got hacked".
So to answer your question at the end of your post, it will be less risk if you will hold your coins by yourself so you are the only one to blame if those coins will be lost. Then the role of web wallet is to use their features and not for storage purposes.
The use of 2fa in an online wallet is still impenetrable through the email/windows system, I agree with you, none is 100% completely safe, but I also want to minimize personal errors by trying to trust one of the developers of a trusted wallet like blockchain. Offline wallets are also a good choice, but it is very risky if we make a mistake.
