As soon as it's ready. We hit an unexpected issue with Homebrew at the last minute.

Thank you.

One question for anyone running Gridseed 300/350 units: I have 7 total but can never get the whole 7 online together. Always 3 or 5 or 4 or something always different, never all seven. Have checked units all are working individually. What is recommended conf file entry to see and load all seven GSD's?

Check your config, command line, make sure it's set up right!
I don't know what mining program you are using so....
If not that then:
It's probably your USB hub fighting you.... Throw it away and buy a better one.
Make sure it's a powered hub.
I am using a brand called Inland. Their 13 and 10 port hubs work great with my 26 miner farm!
Good luck!

Sounds like a hub/power issue?

That is great news.
Right now I have to run my Blade on cpuminer so I can clock it at 838.  I would love to bring it into the MultiMiner ecosystem. :-)

GridSeed support is limited to the 5-chip devices and DualMiners. If someone would like support for other devices, they will need to do one of the following:

  • Write / update driver support and send a Pull Request to Luke and myself
  • Or send an author a sample unit and documentation to have the driver support added

This goes for any hardware support really. I have asked many, many folks for a G-Blade so we could get support in for 4.0. No dice, so no support for 4.0.

Okay - good news! I have confirmation that there's a G-Blade on the way from a hardware sponsor. Once I've received it I will of course give them lots of credit and love, and then make sure both BFGMiner and MultiMiner fully support the G-Blade appliances.

does this new bfg 4.0 really work with the gridseed blades on windows???
its a long time coming and if it does you deserve arousing round of Smiley applause

No it does not (that I am aware of). GridSeed support is limited to the 5-chip devices and DualMiners. If someone would like support for other devices, they will need to do one of the following:

I'm unable to download this from your website. Is it no longer working?

What can't be downloaded? If you need BFG Miner click page 1 of this thread and the first post has links for almost every version you could want, or a redirect to a directory source.

Routing isn't working for some (all?) IPv4 users.

Here is a Win32 build from 5/12:

hi luke

I have been running debug on bfgminer with nf2 and it is still hashing it is just not accepting shares after so long. I put on PC debug and it showed Pool 0: Failed to get recent socket.

The debug log shows its still trying to hash just not accepting shares anymore. Have put the log on the issues page on bfgminer got hub. Am using latest version as always

Hello,
I bought BFL 50gh/s ASIC Miner. The problem is that the cooler buzz is very strong, is it possible to change the parameter «fan», through bfgminer?
Also, if you can not, how can I solve this problem?
