This is a question that can’t be answered. That is because this question is lie asking which is the best colour. There can’t be a best colour. Everyone will have their own favourite colour like red, blue etc.

I myself am a huge One Piece fan, but I would not say One Piece is the best anime ever. Now, I love the story arcs and the characters tremendously – in terms of that, One Piece, in my opinion, is definitely my favorite. However, I really do not like the animation of the series nowadays. Anime and manga tell basically the same story, and the biggest different would be that in anime, everything is animated. I know right, what a surprise! So, in anime, one of the biggest thing I look for is the art quality and animation quality. With One Piece, it seems like Toei Animation has….slacked off.
