More exchanges is always a good news, and we never know which one of these would become new Binance one day.
Exactly, adding DeepOnion to the numerous exchanges can only benefit us. It's always good to have more places to buy $onions. Smiley

Greetings all. Just been catching up on the last 12 hours of posts... There were a lot.

It's great to hear all the positive things you guys are say about the Android Wallet, I'm sorry iOS users, you'll have to wait, I can only do Android! perhaps take this as a sign you should upgrade...  Grin

Seriously though, this week is just another example of what great projects should look like. If you have ever followed other coins, ask yourself were there weeks like this....?

The community is buzzing, the message is spreading, the developments keep coming. That's why we're succeeding, that's why we're dominating.

 Cool

No rush on the iOS wallet... it will come in time. Even when its fully developed the apple store always gives a harder time on adding applications than it is on the google play store for android... Unfortunately I will NEVER upgrade to android! LOL

I've been stuck on iOS since back when it was iPhone 3Gs... Changing to an android at this point would be like me being 80 years old, picking up a cellphone for the first time trying to figure out how it works lmao

So that's what Apple is doing to its people. Android has a similar intuitive operation like ios. I really don't get what is wrong with these apple users, lol.

Norton is blocking/removing the wallet application. I don't like Norton, but was auto installed on my new pc. Any tips for a good or the best free antivirus software. Avast?
I use Avast although I 'm not quite happy with it but its free at least and better than Norton;) I have no problems with the wallet application

the free version is really damn ok Smiley

but i would recommend to upgrade to PRO, since you get hourly virus patterns and not daily patterns on the free version.

but cylance AV and paolo alto AV > all

even trend micro is nice and cheap, but you have to configure a damn lot stuff, so i would not recommend it Smiley

norton and kaspersky are just cash graves and pretty slow on virus patterns.

Anti-viruses are a hoax, you don't really need an AV if you are cautious enough. I've been running my PC 3+ years without and AV and I'm glad because now I've incorporated cautious habits into my daily usage and I got rid of a useless resource hog. AVs are a big propaganda and you don't need them. Even if an AV is updated daily you are still compromised to zero-day vulnerabilities.

This is a difficult subject to security newbies but if you spend some time learning everyday it'll become easy and you will do it normally. I've been gradually learning about privacy and security since 2002 and I wrote an article that summarizes all the basic knowledge you need about securing your PC and claiming your privacy. Read it here and be sure to tell me what you think. I'll gladly accept criticism if I can modify it to a simpler version. If you need any assistance, ask me any time at the DeepOnion community.
if someone want to use AV
i recommend to use only open source anti viruses.
For me all this proprietary anti-virus software even worse then viruses.

you can't know what this AV soft really do with your system. Grin

I wasn't able to install the wallet because I'm using an old phone with an old version of android. However, the interface looks very clean and user friendly. @nezero Good job man... I know how frustrating android development is. I hope that 12 hours were spent in DeepSleep   Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue

So, this is a perfect excuse to buy a new phone. Grin

The marketing level of the DeepONION project team is first-class, and the community heat is maintained very high. A project with such a community building is worth your own.

The marketing is not professional but I would say semi-professional as some people create content which is on a professional  level and everyone involved in the marketing is conscientious no matter what  Cheesy

I think that compared to other crypto projects, yes it's pretty good indeed  Grin

Super jealous of all the Andriod users... Apple store is such harder to get an APP approved into as far as i know, cannot wait for iOS wallet version...

Been an apple user since like 09...would hard be hard for me to even want to switch phones at this point.

Before downloading the wallet

# Right click on norton symbol in system tray
# Disable auto protect (15 mins)
# Add DeepOnion.exe to Norton’s exceptions

No problems with Norton again. Ever.
