The impact of addictions are the same at all times and for sure both online and offline casinos carry the same level of risk and impact depending on the individuals involved

Addicts will always find his way around d making a top-up and keep playing because he is not in control of his emotions regardless if he has a bank card or even physical cash in him,  this is no basis,  so if we want to discuss the topic we have to break it away from each other so that we can avoid mixing up things and we talk along the line,  but then when you mentioned addictions,  majority of us will already have the mindset of an uncontrollable gambler.

the question that needs to be considered isn't all types of online and offline gambling the same as having big risks?

all types of offline or online gambling both have big risks, but your question has a very simple answer. It all depends on how committed they are to managing their finances so as not to spend too much money on gambling.
just imagine a gambler Y who doesn't have good self control and commitment in terms of managing his finances, he goes to an offline casino, of course he will continue gambling without thinking about how much money he has because he is too busy gambling, forgetting everything and after that he will also go to the casino online to gamble and if he feels comfortable having too much fun, he will definitely lose a lot of money because he doesn't have good self control.

and compare it with X gamblers who have self control and a strong commitment in terms of respecting their money or in terms of managing their finances, of course when they go to gamble at online or offline casinos they always use the budget that has been planned and if they lose they will not continue gambling.

do the conclusion is very clear that the important role in the answer you are looking for only depends on how much self control each gambler has.

Sometimes people are always addicted to playing gambling online and this has made them loss alot of funds, due to always topping up theire casino account with there debit card when they loose. and this usually makes them exhaust all there funds.

While those people playing offline in casino halls play with only the little money they have at hand, and that will reduce the risk of over spending. So now my question is this

Playing online or offline gambling which is more preferable in terms of risk reduction?
Well some peculiar reason I think playing online is more preferable for me because we can all have different opinions to why we might like to gamble on either parts. And I think I don't really get your terms of safety but if you are referring to safety in the aspect of secure winnings then I think online gambling is certainly more preferable from my end. But for the idea of risk reduction I think offline gambling is better, I mean with online gambling one can spend lots of cash in a split second without feeling anything that's if you are having problem with your gambling habit of course but latter is case with offline.

This totally depends on who is gambling, it is not about which is more riskier between gambling online and gambling offline, there are gamblers who gamble offline, and they do it in such a manner that they still end up losing everything they have, withdrawing cash from the bank is not a hassle anymore this day, some even play gambling and pay for it with their debit cards, same way online gamblers funds there online casino account using their debit cards as well.

So, speaking of whether gambling online is riskier than doing it offline, it all depends on who is gambling, what I do believe is that online gambing can only be riskier if we look at it in the area of accessibility, it's very easy to access online casinos much more than it is to access offline casinos, this is the only area I would say online casinos appear more riskier than offline casinos.

i don't think that people who play online gambling spend more money than people who play offline, because that is related to the person's psychology, not whether he plays online or offline. if basically a person cannot control themselves when playing, whether they play offline or online, they will still spend a lot of money on the games they play.
Online gambling has made many people to empty their account because nobody to advise  them to stop and continue gamble the next day but in the offline gambling, there is way you will be spending money on a particular gambling center, gamblers will advise you to take a break so that you will not be addicted at the moment. When I was use to online gambling, I spend a lot of money on online gambling before I listen to some of the gamblers that use to gamble with some amount of money daily not to be addicted to gambling.

I'm more safe in the offline gambling and I use to win some bet and lose in some bet but that one will not make me to change my mind to online gambling because I have spend a lot of money that will not make me to recover from all my losses

This cannot differentiate between offline and online, all have almost the same risks depending on which person prefers to spend their balance on offline or online gambling.

I don't have experience gambling offline, so I don't know what the mechanism for most people there is to bring in more cash and then exchange it for chips or cash that is bet?

Which do you prefer? Online gambling.
Here I can still manage my expenses every time I want to gamble, because I always use crypto so I never use any credit cards.

Playing online or offline gambling which is more preferable in terms of risk reduction?

I don't think that the location or type of gambling engagement matters when it comes to risk reduction when the gambler is totally hooked or addicted to gambling.  If a gambler is hooked on the game and loses control of his gambling activities, it does not matter whether they are playing online or offline.  They will always find ways to exhaust their fund in gambling.  Like in offline gambling, there are ATMs around where they can withdraw and fund themselves in their gambling activity.  I do not think that this makes a difference when one is gambling online where one keeps on topping up their balance to keep on playing their favorite games.

When it comes to personal safety, it is obvious that online gambling is safer because the gambler is playing in the comfort of their homes, unless the gambler is gambling on his mobile phone while driving.

If I have to choose, online is safer. I wouldn't have to go out of the house. although both have risks though.

Online gambling is safer. There are so many distractions at home like radio, cars, and pretty women passing by and it would sway you from gambling and you may end up watching a Netflix series instead. While if you are inside an offline casino, it will draw you to spend more cash, drink beer, and pass time inside where you will be tempted to play the table games.

Playing offline or online, it doesnt matter on which you could potentially exhaust all of the money that you do have. Basing up on the scenario that you had given on which offline gamblers
will really be just that have that less spending compared to online ones? Better think not. Why? Getting money from an ATM would really be that easy as pie on which means that on the time that you would be losing then you can easily make out some withdrawal outside and would be going back again into the casino on which it would really be just that still similar when you do play online.
It is really just that there are ones who are really that good when it comes to self control on which they could really be able to take action on the time that they are losing that much.

Both are risky and no one is lesser the main thing is that if you can't control your risk level then you can be minimize how you spend money.
You are actually correct because if you don set your plans for the week on how you will make your expenses, you will still over spend. Because in offline If you are financially exhausted you can still make transfer or even use Your debit card to make withdrawal and continue playing or even use Your cloth to gamble just as you said. though I never thought of that but I am beginning to see reason to both being same.

I may not recall exactly what the title of the topic but I have cams across a post like this, but still gambling is a choice and you have to chose between how much you would spend while gambling. There are some people who doesn't go above their budget for the period they planned gamble because why most people complain of online gambling is because they don't set target and goals to themselves this including offline if you don't control yourself with the amount to gamble you would end up draining yourself completely.

From my view online is more tempting because when you play or places bet and it lost you could be tempted to replace your wager for the being online but you have to apply carefulness in order not to empty your bank account, and is very worse for those who uses Credit card sometimes they ran into debt.

Playing online or offline gambling which is more preferable in terms of risk reduction?
By playing online, you are reducing yourself to be exposed in the public and you will be safer especially if you win the jackpot.
While playing on a physical casinos can also be safe especially to the online fraud, you are still not guaranteed to be safe 100%.

For me, both have their own pros and cons and with the growing technology that we have today, I can say that I prefer to gamble more online now at my own space than to make effort going to casinos, this will always depend on our own preference but both are safe if you choose the right platform.

first and foremost, are you sure those who are playing offline are playing with little money on hand? because there are also high rollers in casino who are in VIP status just like online gambling. so that's for you to consider as well.

they have their own risks involved, either offline or online gambling. now, it is for you to eradicate or avoid such risks.

some of the risks involved in online gambling:
> identity theft
> get screwed by the casino itself, nonpayment of winnings or frozen funds
> being a victim by fraudulent/scam sites
> phishing issues
> lured by clickbaits contests/bonuses/rewards
> possible alcohol/drug addiction
> health related problems owed to sleepless nights, skipping meals

some of the risks involved in offline gambling:
> being a victim of pickpockets/killers/thieves
> being physically known as a gambler in your community (hard to get a loan because of reputation)
> possible alcohol/drug addiction if those are present in the premises of the casino
> health related problems, staying long inside the casino forgetting to do hygiene check or skipping meals

based from above, more or less they have common problems. but the degree of impact depends on the person himself, how he deal with his gambling habits.

Both gambling categories have its risks. I believe it's not possible to determine which one the safest, because it will depend on the preventive measures the gambler makes use of.

At offline, physical gambling shops, we have the risks of being noticed and followed on our way back home by strangers and robbers who may be interested in our won prizes. Also, there are risks the physical machines may be under malfunction, bugs, glitches, what will prevent us from having a fair play, different from online gambling, where we have the provably fair feature, ensuring the legitimacy of the bets.

On the other hand, at online casinos, there are several risks as well, like: having your account hacked, being robbed by an exit casino scam, depositing your funds in the wrong address or cashing it out to the wrong address, being banned from a casino due to people from your jurisdiction not being allowed there for regulative reasons.

Every risks mentioned can be avoided, if you take the right preventive measures, turning both categories of gambling in very safe practices that can be executed without worries. In the end, you will make your choice based on what is more confortable and attractive to you, instead of thinking on safety factor.

Both are risky and no one is lesser the main thing is that if you can't control your risk level then you can be minimize how you spend money. Offline casino there are people who borrow who still gamble or play games with their dress and If they lose such person go home with empty handed without putting on clothes, both online and offline are exhaustive just set your limits for the week or month and then follow it strictly then you reduce the rate at which you spend money in gambling and most importantly do not allow greed to engulfed you otherwise it will possibly leads into addiction.

Offline or online, an addict will find a way to get burnt out.

Some people play for hours unending in casinos, staking ridiculous amounts they cannot afford to lose and some gamble very conservatively online. It is all down to self control and capital protection.
