Well, we always observe that many of these "scam" coins will always get the issues after a few months or even a year after its release. Sometimes a good intentioned coin also suffers because of an inactive community and lack of interest from people. That is why many of the old timers always spew out one word when it comes to investments and that is "Bitcoin" but of course that does not mean that you always listen to the old timers. There are many good coins in the top 20 list. You just have to figure out which one will be your investment.

The phrase buy the dip is only a good advice when you apply it properly by buying the very good altcoins whose value is only down because of the bearish market condition. Because it is not all coins that dip that would recover their value.
(...)
True and people should start to practice this.
We can also relate this to, not all cheap is good to buy, not all coins that are already bottomed is always good to buy.

We should have other things to consider before buying, especially this "buy the dip" act. Marketcap, trading volume, and other technical analysis or fundamental analysis could help too.

The phrase buy the dip is only a good advice when you apply it properly by buying the very good altcoins whose value is only down because of the bearish market condition. Because it is not all coins that dip that would recover their value.

For example, early this year (when the market was super bullish) almost all the projects released saw good increase in their value. but that doesn't mean it is all of them that were very good projects. After the market dip (correction), most of them never recovered their value. The crypto market is filled with a lot of scrap altcoins and the market way of sheding them off is to dip (correction). So it would be in your best interest to only buy very good coins in the market dip.
Preach. Only coins that are well developed and well known are the ones that will survive a dip. No shitcoins will every recover from a dip. Sadly there are people that buys shitcoin due to FOMO. When the price starts to take a dip, they keep holding thinking that the price will  eventually recover. Unfortunately that will never happen. Again there are those that buy those shitcoins during dip hoping its going to moonshot again. Only buy those coins during dip that has some real use case and widely used!

It is very difficult for beginners to determine which altcoin is a good investment. lack of information and good analysis makes them do not know when is the right time to buy and sell. most of the beginners don't know about good quality coins and just want a short profit. For experienced people they know when is the right time to buy and what coins will be profitable in the long or short term.

Top coins are always interested to invest because they believe in their growth.  If the project is good, users and investors will always support and hold them.  Except for the outdated coins with the development trend, only imo/fomo mining will be just pumping and pouring
The best recommendation is ETH, BNB, ADA
On just using up your own common sense then you could already tell which one would really be worth of on investing and presume which one would really survive for too long and this is into those coins which does have actual utility or usage and its true that good coins do only survive in the dip and the rest does have a hard time on regaining their previous price but well it isnt always been a sure case that coins that hadnt able to
recover are already considered shit. There are still coins which are underrated and still that have potential and its just it wasnt been noticed by whales or investor or by the community.
As an investor then you should know on how to look up with those probability or chances.

your choice of investment matters alot. good coin or bad coin. some good coin takes time to recover and you might angrily sell off what you have thinking it will not recover. it takes time for the market to return properly. i invested in bnb and pancake during the bear market. i made sure that i monitored the market. finally, i choose not to sell and stake mine on panckake. i believe the price will still go up and thats when i will sell.

We can't really hide the fact that not all coins that have been in the market today will ever to see in the next decades, I believe many of them will be dead as they don't have any contribution to the market. Like I was holding certain coins last 2017 but for now, you can't even to search them on the CMC. Well, it has to expect that they are absolutely dead already. I don't see the reason but for sure it was because they are worthless and abandoned projects, so definitely have nothing to expect from this kind of project/coins.

True indeed, I used to work from a crypto company started way back 2018. They didn't hit even their small cap. But the good thing they strive and fight until 2021. Unfortunately, the founders and cofounder decided to separate.

The crypto market was a wild market. A legit coin can be considered as a strong coin while there are garbage coins that will be eaten by the time. People become more selective in term to pick which coin that worthy to be considered as investment.
That's why the demand got centralized into the good coins. The shit scam coins will always become a short term coin that can dead anytime due to the various reasons.
People have been learning a lot from the various cases related to the shitcoin to be rugpulled by the scammers, shitcoin that didn't get demand anymore and etc.

A coin if it experiences a price decline it will be very difficult to get back up and it could also be a waste coin, so it is no longer interested by some buyers and which in the end can be said the coin will disappear from the market.

Many coins died in 2018 after bears trampled on crypto market, the end result was devastating so much that many coins got dead in few months, I'm positive that the next bear market will kill many projects too, weak projects aren't meant for bear season, to stay alive will be very hard
Projects that will die during a bear market are not strong projects so there is no need to worry as long as we still choose projects that are very strong in the crypto space, so the bear market is not something that anyone should be afraid of as long as we know when to let go coins we once held, and bought back in bear market conditions.

good coins or shit coins never avoid going down. you see bitcoin, ethereum and other big crypto. they are good coins and the best crypto investments, but all of them have experienced very deep declines. this means no matter how good the coin is, when it's time to go down it will go down. Don't be too confident in thinking that a good coin won't fall, this is a big mistake and you will regret it if you think like this.

That is right. Only good coins will rise after the correction coming and the other coins will still be at the dip without knowing when it can increase again. Maybe top 100 coin lists can be a clue for you to buy some of the coins and not analyze the other coins if you doubt the coin will have a chance to increase. The top 10 lists will be good to buy, but analysis on each coin will still be necessary to find the right coin even if that coin is in a good position.

This is the reason why you only buy coins in the top 100 if you are looking for a long term holding when the dip comes. This is pretty common sense to people who are in crypto the longest. How I'd wish newbies were to be informed of this so they could prevent their money from losing to all those shitcoins scams around the market.

If you are looking for long term, then it's best to pick those known projects that already inside the top 100 coins inside CMC.

The chance of surviving is more better compared to those assets that only come up riding the pump and once the correction takes place
There's a high chance those coins will simple be forgotten. If you invest with such kind of project, your money will be stuck with no
possibilities that it will recover and bounce back. Do your DYOR it will give you more wisdom in picking rightful project for your money.

It has always been and will always be so, because most cryptocurrencies do not have any technologies, no product, in general they not have nothing, and therefore most cryptocurrencies are created only for one purpose, namely for the sake of money and therefore such cryptocurrencies live very little time and investing in such cryptocurrencies is always a huge risk and it is better to pass by such cryptocurrencies, so better always to invest in top cryptocurrencies which have been trading on cryptocurrency exchanges already long time and which are constantly updating and expanding theirs capabilities and technologies.

You are absolutely right, not all altcoins are reliable and can survive the fall. It is a common thing that when Bitcoin is growing, almost all altcoins are growing as well, they are likely to grow even more, but some altcoins that are not popular anymore because of weak marketing campaign or uselessness, will die out and you will be left with the pile of useless coins, so be careful when investing in alternatives for the long term.

This statement of buy the dip is the reason why a lot have made good gains and a lot have been faced with terrible losses, those that made good gains paid attention to details through carrying out their own research thus pointing out which is worthy of buying in dip and those that are not, while on the other party are those that follows whatever an analyst or Influencer says, buys whatever they see without any tangible research and ends up buying dead projects or shitcoins.
They said buy the dip, some people bought BNB, SOL, ETH, ADA and host of other good coins, and today they are in profit, those that were chasing after Meme coins ends up being bagholders with the team exiting scam.
Although it is good to listen to what someone has to say about a coin and why you should buy in dip, but it is your duty to carry out your due diligence, to know if the claims are true or not; due diligence on good coins always pays off.

That's what i always tell my friends. Crushes and dips is really good times. It's sale for the good coins and it shows the shitcoins which should die and don't worth attention.
