Doing payouts now. Also the Miners have been turning off way too often. I've been resetting them at night before I go to sleep so they don't crash throughout the night. I hope they're not dying already.

Also it doesn't affect the result of BTC gain when you mine alt coins... You're actually gaining 5% from mining at Ghash and mining NMC at the same time... So 5% - 2% - 2% ... you're actually gaining 1%... It's called merged mining.

I'm not so optimistic about litecoin ASICs in general... They'd have to outperform GPU's memory bandwidth, which is highly optimized. There is room for a mild improvement in hashes per watt, but there will not be a massive jump in efficiency and cost per bitcoin ASICs.

I'm fine with 4% as long as it covers everything (no surprise addnl costs when the Neptunes get here), and as long as all the alt coins get credited to us as bitcoins (or if we setup our own alt wallets and they get distributed to those wallets automatically?)
Yup, there won't be any surprise costs unless KNC puts one in. Also the extra BTC from Neptune #1 should be able to cover the PSU for the Neptune.
