Yep I was suspcious the moment I saw cyrilic, these latest comments just seal it for me as a no go.

I invested 2 BTC in his initial group buy and later he only refunded 1.67 BTC, other people got fully refunded though... so be careful.

I'm getting payouts. He was absent for a while after the group buy was started and he took payment but he's gone to great lengths to rectify the situation and there haven't been any further issues since then.
