eXtremal, why xpmforall.org server is re-starting very frequently? This makes our workers less efficient.
I`m using good old Drivers only without ccc 14.2 beta 1.3
Voltage gpu and mem clock can be changed from AB and from config. Just don`t put some strange frequency in config.txt like 750 mhz for mem it will raise memory to max. 1600 mhz in my case, Asus 280x dc2t

Install the driver 14.4. Now the miner works.
Question: so in the config file it has "-1" as meaning don't change for the corefreq, etc. What if I want to change these? What value do I add? I tried changing the corefreq in Afterburner, but it shows up lower when the program starts.

I used several AMD gpu's on my rigs. I only mine on new coins early on with them. I've heard a lot of good things on nvidia cards for mining too.
gr8 work, works out of the box for 4x 7950 and 1x 290x (with 15.5 beta driver just fine 14CPD), would be nice if mining calculator had option to include the orphan rate in last 24h so ppl would not moan on low profit btw...
miner is good it looks like it trashing the GPU at the max, power usage looks even more then with scrypt mining or somewhere there

- Can I also use a CPU miner while running this program? My experience in the past is that CPU miners really cut into the performance of GPU miners. Any tips for this?

If you use Windows, you can try set GPU, memory clock and powertune with MSI afterburner, or try different catalyst version (14.6, 14.4). 280X = 7.5 CPD

I get 5.6 CPD to 280X (1100\1500) , config file by default. What am I doing wrong? Why such a low speed?

1. Too high orphan rate (more than 10%) last 24 hours (ypool and solo mining have same problem, low difficulty and high network speed).2. Calculator uses 30/1 10ch/11ch ratio. Now 5433/150=36.22, -20% pool luck.
I have checked payouts to other adresses, all have payouts ~calculator - 30% (some users have 170-190CPD and payouts 264-304 XPM). Now you mine 15 hours, but compare your payments with "XPM per day" value.

Pool can't pay instantly with current block rate (1200 on xpmforall and 800 on ypool, normal rate is 1440 totally) can be 3-4 hours delay.
