Not only it is a lower percent chance of winning of something the big amount but also a considerable large of risk are you up for grabs for that kind of thing. This is basically exactly like any real world lottery. Only difference is that it can be proved that its not a scam unlike the state lottery.
So while it is technically possible to change your life and like the OP said "Go and be part of the 1%" the chances of actually winning are very slim.

Why don't you just open your own signature campaign and I am pretty sure that many Gamblers will join best signature campaign, and I believe on this forum/community ,there are over 1 million people come online here.
