99% of Poland Bank issues Debit cards, IBAN numbers, SWIFT codes have all been black listed by most of the western banking/financial sector.
You can not use PLN cards to verify paypal, ebay, amazon, or any other payment gateway. If you link a PLN IBAN to paypal you will get limited quickly.
These are rubbish cards. They are all black listed. Find some better.

I don't agree, you just need to know HOW to use them.
I always provide precise instructions for my customers.
I've been verifying many times Paypal accounts with my cards, I even consider to sell them with already linked, verified, ready to cash out Paypal accounts.
You're probably one of foreign co-branded prepaid card seller/issuer.

These are not blacklisted anywhere. What proof do you have?
They work with paypal and ebay at least. I haven't tried with amazon.
Where are the better alternatives?

If you hold one of the cards it will work till it's expiration date. No matter if it has been already funded / activated. You can even activate and fund it after 6 months starting from today and it will work too till it's expiration date.

What about other banks? Pekao?

Do the accounts work for all cards that have been issues regardless if they have been funded or not? As in did the cards have to be activated by a certain point for them to work or could they still work now?

It doesn't mean that the cards already issued will also stop working. It's unrelated.
It's same like with mBank cards. mBank discontinued those long time ago but you may still find some, buy from other people and use them.

i think theses cards don't work anymore..
It's very sad to know that.
