These are transferable cards, the address, even surname can be edited in banking panel.

Well, it's a debit transaction. Sorta like paypal. Spend money from 1 card, and it gets sent to the other. I'm assuming it will work.

If they do it by making bank wire then YES.
Several methods of loading the cards:
- bank wire/transfer (SEPA/SWIFT)
- Western Union (depends on your country)
- e-wallets: Skrill, Paypal and other similar online payment services that allow bank withdrawals (ask first for instructions)
- Bitcoin exchanges (it is forbidden by the bank but I know which ones aren't blacklisted and won't block the card - ask first)
- any other methods that involve transferring money into bank account

Would I be able to do normal bank transfers from one debit card/account to this debit card/account?
That might sound a little strange, but I'm referring to an app called Square cash that can transfer money from 1 debit card to another debit card.
